I'm not being glib but genuinely curious when I saw your reblog about loving cdramas because you get to see FLs stabbing weeping MLs and what is the appeal of that? It sounds fascinating it's not something I ever thought about whether I like or not but why is it so appealing to you personally?

beautiful women covered in robes & artistically stabbing each other, beautiful men piercing women, wet and pathetic androgynous men being penetrated by swords... 👌 👌 it's the Gen X goth in me.

I watched films like The Hunger (1983) at least 25x when I was a teenager

I had a subscription to Propaganda magazine (which kids these days would call highly problematic, and they'd be right, but throughout the 90s and early 00s goths around the world were religiously purchasing copies)
