This show is over for me after this moment idc they did what I needed I cannot possibly gain a more positive feeling about this show than I just did now being reminded of the funnier dumber better and more whimsical iteration of this show. I like GoLion fine but really OG Voltron nailed it with the derangement GoLion had some weirdly serious things that clashed heavily w the funny.

I finished season 3..... so here's my thoughts on the rest of the episodes

These are my notes I took right after each episode Episode 4 Yo the alternate reality where the alteans are like the galra of the reality that that show takes place in is a super interesting concept GUNS. OF. GAMORA SLAV IS HERE SVEN IS REAL IN THIS REALITY I CANT BELIEVE IT THE ACCENT, THIS IS HILARIOUS "Take me to space hospital" dude high key? After season 3? Me too Allura has a whip bayard UNGH Episode 5 SHIRO????? Dude he's haggard, shiro the space caveman Is that Lars from Steven universe doing the voice of that one alien That ramen scene at the end though •After thoughts on this episode• I don't think that's the real shiro He hasn't been gone for that long and already has long hair and a beard? Not on my watch Suspicions are high Keith is happy when he finds "shiro" and if he doesn't already know that shiro is fake he's gonna be upset when he finds out and I'm not ready for more Keith angst I love him too much just let him be happy Episode 6 Hunk and pidge talking science and being cute lil nerds "SHIRO'S" OUTFIT AND HAIR ARE HORRENDOUS the shiro I know and love wouldn't dare look like that Teladuv???? THAT. KLANCE. MOMENT. IT WAS SO SOFT AND GENUINE DAMN HONEY IM DRINKING UP THIS KLANCE JUICE THIS SEASON "Shiro" is acting super weird and it makes me super uncomfortable and on edge, I'm the type of person that judges others heavily on the vibes they give off and this new "shiro"? Seriously getting bad vibes off of him Sniper Lance!!!!!!!!! Yesssssssss They don't got the comet :( Episode 7 Backstory time!!!!! Still don't trust "shiro" I LOVE BLAYTZ (not sure how you spell it but it's the adorable blue fish alien blue paladin) Pre-quintessence zarkon!!!! ALSO Young alfor fuck it up my guy I just love all the old paladins at the beginning Honerva when we first meet her is a cutie patoot I'm on the same page as zarkon (never thought I'd be saying that) "Am I a leg?" Damn Slav was right about all these realities and it's gonna be important in the plot Baby allura has like the same hat as 80's lotor @dreamworks I see u there Allura's mom!!!! Damn Honerva turning into Haggar is super dark and upsetting Zarkon and Haggar are married and did the skiddlybop to create that piece of shit called lotor I can't believe it Quintessence is reminding me a lot of horcruxes from Harry Potter, prolonged exposure messes up the person who's exposed to it and makes them evil and shit Haggars cat is old as shit and is owned but the lizard lady now This backstory in general is super dark oh my Do you think the old blue, green, and yellow paladins are still alive??? ZARKON IS BACK ••••••••••••••••• Overall thoughts •season 3 was very very good but dark but they still slipped in bits and pieces of comedy and I appreciate that •everyone needs a god damn hug •KLANCE WAS SO GOOD THIS SEASON AND I AM THRIVING •SVEN AND SLAV •Everyone's characterization was super good but especially Lance?? He matured a lot and I'm so proud of my blue boy •I felt especially bad for Keith this boy needs a god damn hug and a cookie I just want him to be alright my heart aches when he (or any of the other paladins) is upset •Alternate realities is good •All of the galra general ladies could slay me and I would thank them •old paladin and Haggar backstory is awesome and super dark •lion switch is obviously still new to me and hopefully things will turn FULLY back to how it was • THAT IS NOT MY SHIRO nobody can tell me otherwise there's wayyyy to much evidence and bad vibes against this new guy •I FUCKING LOATHE LOTOR and i will never enjoy him yall keep your lotor loving faces somewhere else thanks ily So yeah! Until season 4 in October (my calendar is marked), stay amazing and keep thriving off of this good ass season 3 material
