ok, I've managed to cook food, so I've had a meal today plus I have leftovers for lunch tomorrow
still have to shower
still have to clean up the cat puke ☠️
#i can stand for up to 10 minutes without getting lightheaded or completely exhausted#but that might not be enough and i maaaay have to take breaks and sit down during my shower omfg RIP#incredible. you spend 8+ years in therapy#and you can still get taken out at the knees by 20 seconds of a song that you last heard during a time of such immediate and constant danger#that it VIOLENTLY throws you into an hours-long physiological response#8 yrs of therapy and coping skills vs less than 30 seconds of a song and tHE SONG WINGS#mother of godddd#rray.txt
