April Loves

They say April showers bring May flowers and in the Hill Country, this could not be closer to the truth. With days getting longer and temperatures rising, we start to fully embrace natures beauty in the Hill Country with gorgeous wildflowers sprouting up. This month, with Easter just around the corner, we chose to seasonally decorate with a pair of the classic Sisal bunny couple from Laurie Saunders and a new spring candle scent from Red Stag. We also can't resist a beautiful art print by Dolan Geiman, especially this Mary of the Fields found at Blackchalk Home and Laundry which really ties in the colors of spring. Speaking of colors, we are loving the new Nativa collection at The Creek Boutique which brings you handmade Mexican clothing and gifts made by the talented fair trade artisans throughout remote villages in Mexico. We can’t wait to scout out all of the different styles! We also think this silk quail family scarf from McKenna Quinn goes beautifully with just about all of our spring clothes. The best part of each month of course is the time we spend with our family and friends, enjoying all that the Hill Country has to offer.
