Oh my goodness!!! Well, I somehow missed the occasion, but the other night, one of my fics, The Nearness of You, surpassed 1000 kudos!!! Holy shit, this is blowing my mind!!! o_O I legit never thought I'd ever have a fic that popular, wow! I just wanna say thank you so, so much to everyone who read and left reviews and kudos on that and all my fics, it truly means the world to me? And, since I never actually posted that fic to my blog here (I wrote it before I really started using Tumblr a lot), Imma take the time to do that properly in a minute, lol. So look out for it as my next post. XD

Thank you again, everyone. I wish I could do one of those like authors who does a giveaway or something for big milestones but I know myself well enough to realize that ain't gonna work, omg. Summary:

“It’s so cool! I can’t wait to see the turtles.”

Eddie either; they’d watched Finding Nemo one too many times, both of them always drawn to the sea creatures.

“Me too buddy, but I don’t think we’ll get to see any of the swimming kind today.”

Chris frowned for a moment, though it immediately disappeared as a giant tortoise came into view; Eddie nearly missed the turtle for the man that was standing next to it.

“Wow,” Chris exclaimed.

Wow indeed, Eddie thought silently to himself.

Sat crouched next to the tortoise was a beautiful man, golden curls blowing in the breeze. The guy was wearing boots with cargo pants and a flannel, nothing special, though Eddie couldn’t take his eyes off the man all the same.

“I’m the official turtle guy around here, but you guys can just call me Buck.”

Buck huh?

This multi chapter, which is not a multi chapter but instead a hodgepodge of one shots, has once again come to the forefront of my mind and is annoying me. 😆 I am gonna make an effort to pick away at this and slowly pull each one out and post it on its own. And apologies ahead of time to @miz-joelys-sherlollilists because this is going to mean new links needed for the spreadsheets. 🫣 but ultimately it will also result in much more logical organization, so yay for that! 😅
