I do hate that WotC turned artificer into just an engineer class.
#D&D#d&d 5e#dungeons and dragons#artificer#like I get how we got here but it still bothers me#5e has bad crafting rules and heavily limits magic items so artificer can’t focus on magic items#making it a caster makes sense but how do you stop it from feeling like a wizard#and yeah. make it an engineer is an option#but it still feels like we lost something with how they deemphasize the original flavor
