Hi guys, I will be participating in @pinksssecret ‘s lucid dreaming challenge! I know I’m a little late to it, but I wanted to post and motivate others in the community to take a step towards their dream life with me!
So I’ll be listening to a few subs, and doing the WBTB method for lucid dreaming.
Can’t wait to share my story with all of you!

Pink's void challenge Riri's void challenge Psych-k Subs playlist
- Listen to subliminals during the day and overnight
- Do psych-k and affirm "the void obeys me"
- DO WBTB, affirm as i fall asleep
- Listen to microdoser twice a day
- Do reality checks and dream journal
- Lister to happy songs and affirm
- Do breathing exercises
Day1: Made the plan. Rewrote my void list. Downloaded and listened the subs. Couldn't do WBTB because I was having a hard time falling asleep, i didn't know when to make an alarm. Did psych-k. Fell asleep while doing the void state guided meditation. Didn't remember my dreams because it's been a while since I journaled my dreams.
Day2: Watched some therapy content and wrote down notes because i need to get better. Took my meds. Did laundry. Listened to subs for hours. I just finished cleaning my room and it's 3:37am, I'm so tired but proud of myself.
Day3: Couldn't do WBTB but i journaled my dreams. Took a shower. Watching squid game 2, how productive of me lol. Did psych-k.
Day4 or something I don't know. I'm so tired. I just can't stand my anymore
Day5/1st jan: I don’t really do anything
2nd jan: I watched a self improvement video that kinda opened my eyes.
3rd jan: I GOTTA CHANGE!! BE SOMEONE WHO’S A MASTER SHIFTER. Embody it.

Follow up: I have the MOST fucked up sleep schedule and have been having wayyy too much fun in my dreams and have snoozed my WBTB alarms, but yes I had a lucid dream last night and chose not to enter the void state because I wanted to add to my void doc. Genuinely so psyched to enter the void!
