"Yesterday, December 7, 1941 - a date which will live in infamy" says President Roosevelt. Here're some true American heroes: William A. Knowles, James R. Pennal, Guido A. Rosa, Robert Green, Albert Herrmann, Jennings W. Stutler, Paul H. Pelletier, Paul Kret, Raymond Deamer and Harry Gandee; all killed in action on April 11, 1944, shot down over Rostock Germany, on fire they crashed into the Baltic Sea.
SHOO SHOO BABY B17 42-32003 388th BG Heavy 562nd BS 8th US Army Air Corps; the ten members of its aircrew all died on April 11, 1944; when the bomber was shot down over the city of Rostock Germany, badly on fire they crashed into the Baltic Sea. @George David Maynard
