im just gonna keep using u as a sounding board for my plot bunnies (whiskey x bitty, wnba kent) BUT imagine jack signs onto the falcs at 19/20 after hes sober and had a lot of therapy,,, and bitty still goes to samwell, rans/holster help him get over his checking fear,,, and bitty gets really good my guy like hes got scouts and everything at his games (in true bitty fashion tho hes like!! for chowder!! for dex!! for whiskey!!) until!!! George approach's him after they win the ncaa for the 2nd time (this time w captain bitty) and our boy becomes a falc, thus meeting jack (still a mildly moody bastard) and whale on the story goes because bitty is the first out nhl'er and jack may be out to some people (thnk u therapy) but it's intimidating to see how bitty handles the press like they're mischievous children and hes the aged southern grandma scolding/mocking them so politely they dont even realize theyve been insulted until they get home
