JTS In Memphis is available for preorder on our website www.officialjacksontaylor.com the 20 song CD includes songs recorded live at recorded at Sun Studios, Vocals recorded in every room in Elvis’s Lauderdale Courts Apartment, also solo and full band songs cut in the Stairwell Elvis practiced in learning to sing and play as a boy and teenager with additional guitar, bass, drums and fiddle recorded at My SinHouse Studio in Denver and at @512studioslive in Austin mixed by me and the Cozen one @omarxvallejo. No record has taken me this long, had this many set backs, gone through so much... several trips to Memphis.. heartbreaking turn of events at Sun, several musician line ups. It’s been a product of sure will and maybe it’s was supposed to me. Either way it’s new songs, covers, old songs all recorded in the place that formed the man who formed me and I was able to fit it all one CD instead of two. I’m very proud of this one and thankful it’s ‘fing almost over. Lol. It was supposed to just be me and the band having fun at Sun playing live for a week. Lol. Silly me.
