hi, not to be that person but these are reposted gifs! i feel like this is important to point out since gif-makers get very little attention as it is, and stolen sets like this often gather the most notes :(

you can tell this is stolen from:

noticeable difference in gif sizes

very different colorings, brightness, etc.

how op hasn't even tagged what show or movie these are from, because either they themselves don't know or maybe don't care to state the source

lack of original tag, since gif-makers often have their own tag for their creations, such as "my gifs" or such

the first one even has a watermark in the lower right corner

sources for 3rd and 4th gifs:

the second one i couldn't find, since it's been reposted all over the internet (i found it on wattpad, pinterest, tenor, dozens of reposts on tumblr, etc) and i'm pretty sure the original tumblr post has been deleted. the earliest exact match i found was from 2019, but i'm pretty sure that was reposted too. however, here's a very similar one if you want to support actual gif-makers instead:

as for the first one, the watermark says SuperGifs, and the only match I found seems to have come outside of tumblr from a russian website i believe. i'm not even completely certain this is from anime at all or someone else's original content.

all of this research took less than 5 minutes, btw. you can easily look up image/gif sources yourself using reverse image search on google and/or tineye!

i keep seeing more and more fellow gif-makers quitting altogether since we put so much time, effort, and heart into each of our gifsets, but we are all human and we're becoming more and more discouraged by reposters like this, as well as the ever-declining reblog-to-likes ratio. so if you don't want tumblr to become completely gifless in the very near future, please support your local gif-makers instead 🙏
