Chat I’m normal about them

My Zeus was highly based on @neal-illustrator ’s and @anniflamma ’s designs. I mostly winged it with Hera

I wanted Hera to be completely opposite to Zeus but also feel similar without actually being so.

Zeus is buff and top heavy, but isn't too buff, he still has fat for he is a king who likes to indulge himself. While Hera is fat but she has a body of a working mother. I also wanted her to be fat in my design because her statues are chubby. Why is mother skinny in so many designs?! (/not neg) Hera's face shape is slim and flat and Zeus has a full face of hair. So to correlate them together: Hera's hair covers part of her face and Zeus' beard is tied into a braid, "slimming" it down to mimic Hera's natural jawline, and both reaching the same placement in length.

Of course there's a galaxy bridal like veil that frames Hera's body while Zeus frames his face with his own cloud. Her's being full of colour while his is usually white but can become colourful when enraged. The veil kind of makes Hera feel disconnected from you

Hera's outfits match with the Zeus! Her clothes are more simpler than Zeus' and drape from her right while his drape from his left. Hera hates that they match everyday, and Zeus does as well but pissing off his wife is worth it.

- Hera has a piercing in 1st fit which is HC’d that she got it when she was younger and keeps it as an act of rebellion. Zeus also has a nose piercing that he wears at all times

- My friends told me to name Zeus' second outfit the "Eepy Fit" and I was like "If that's the Eepy Fit, it gotta be pink." And so it is pink. And next to it is Hera's Mom Fit // outfit of a working mother in Greece. Think about it (:

- The third outfit you see the couple in: Hera has chains while Zeus' has strings

- Will be talking about the 1st and the 4th fit symbolism in the coloured section

They both have shiny nails, but Hera has her toes painted Zeus' claws aren't. It's inconvenient because they'd get chipped all the time, and he'd have to keep filing the nail polish off and repainting.

Originally I wanted Hera and Zeus look the most human because they are the mother / father of men. eg. making them have human skin colours. It didn't work out in the end but I still wanted to use the colours, so Hera's stomach was her og colour and Zeus' feet and horns are his og colour. And also the lightning scars on her stomach...

Continuing with the colour talk. Colours were the hardest for me when designing, especially with Hera. She went through many variations, and my clone had to sit through over an hour of me stressing. He helped a lot with the colours and I'm happy with the end result.

Green and yellow are close on the colour wheel and I wanted them to phase together like those colours, both having the accent of the cooler tones with Hera's purple and Zeus' blue. But I went in a somewhat different direction: They didn't literally blend together like I hoped in the beginning but they do in a sibling type of way...

I made Hera's skin deeper in colour and Zeus shiny. Then in reverse it for the hair. Her being accented by red because that's one of her colours + period blood symbolism and just her veil being purple, while Zeus being the one wearing the purple. He wears the colour of the barrier between you and her. Her hair is the only shining thing because that's out of the veil

January 31st, Ness posts on his story about a radio update along with his Lock Ness Monster theory board as the photo in the background.

Between all of those posts, Ness has interacted with the Sparky's Diner account too, which is ran by his sibling 'Andy' (because in the book it's said that Ness' family own the Diner, that's the only "canon" I'm taking from the book. Completely made Andy up)

Andy teases Ness about how he stares at "your security guy" in the comments of several Sparky's Diner posts, Ness responds back and that leads to him getting Mike's (security guys) number after Mike had written it on a receipt that Andy picked up instead because Ness was busy with another table. Andy makes a post on the Sparkys account about how "you should really notice this! Also, make sure to return 10 receipts to get a free coffee on the house!" Ness proceeds to freak out in the comments at realising Mike left him his number and offers anything in the world to Andy so he'll give him the receipt that had Mike's number on it.

This is the shortest way I can explain the LOOORE, but I plan to make a full in depth post about it all soon Including behind the scenes lore that has only been hinted at and not given full context (Mike randomly posting on Ness' story is a GREAT example because securitywaiter isn't established yet. As far as people knew, Ness just had a supposed crush on him and then BOOM Mike Is randomly in Ness' room taking care of him while he's sick + now he's following a certain @MichaelSchmidt1975 too, hmmm??) (Also, you don't have to like securitywaiter to enjoy the account, you wouldn't even notice it:))

Woah! Timeless AU stuff? Wild...

Jk jk lore under the cut but not much because I'm eepy.

Timeless AU is just an AU where Gaster never died! He revived Asriel after the whole squabble with the royals divorcing, and he rizzes up Asgore in the meantime. Nah nah.

Gaster was already working on a personal project to create monster souls (children) without a large strain on the one donating magic. This just happened to line up shockingly well with Asriel's death. So when Gaster's test (Sans) worked and he survived a few years, Gaster offered to help Asgore bring back his son through a lil science and a lot of love (but not LOVE).

So Asriel was back, Sans was a toddler, abd a few years later Gaster went and Made Papyrus too. Everything else lore-wise is kinda the same? But Gaster abd his Team aren't forgotten, and Sans and Paps were co-parented by Asgore. Sans followed his dad into the science work with the Core in the lab, but he's the best of the siblings at being social and charming. He's just very skilled in the art of interaction. Eventually he takes up position as Judge after an accident with his magic breaks through the 4th wall and he learns he can see LV w/o checking.

Asriel follows his original life path. He's the prince, the hope of the underground. People coddle him and fear another human coming in contact with him lest he be killed for good, but he's a confident and polite young monster who can't be held back by the fears of his peers. He trains in combat with Asgore abd goes through all the lessons to be a good royal, but... he envies that Papyrus gets to train with Undyne all day and that Sans gets to work in the lab and learn with Gaster! He's not ungrateful, he's just naturally curious!

Papyrus and Undyne train alongside Azzy in combat. They learned to fight, were trained from a young age, and Undyne became Captain of the Royal Guard! Papyrus was 'en route for that position first, but he was abrupt, haughty, and often was accidentally Too Much (in a bad way) so he decided that he would simply be Undyne's right hand instead! Most of the time he's acting as Asriel's body guard, despite him not really needing one.

Thanks to Gaster and Asgore's relationship, these three are like brothers. Asriel and Paps both regularly pick Sans up out of habit. Sans is always the one they run to when they have a problem (he has answers). Papyrus looks up to both his brothers so much! He wants to help them as much as he can!! He wants Sans and Gaster to stop going to Grillby's after work, it's bad for their health! Asriel wishes he could tell his brothers how much he loves them (he does, it's just not enough) he loves to give them big bear-hugs Asgore-style. Asriel picked up 'Howdy' from Asgore, but curses in Wingdings like Gaster. Sans loves helping Asgore garden and has several plants in the lab he's trying to grow as a surprise for Asgore's birthday. Papyrus cannot ever decide which dad he's more like, because they're both so cool! Papyrus has been known to Suplex Asriel when he's not paying attention, or announce him when they're entering a room (Asriel wants to kill him for it every time-). Etc. Sibling/family shenanigans.
