April Story/4S Doll problem transaction

Y'all I normally wouldn't do this, but I dunno if I'm alone and this is an isolated incident, or if this is a habit.

So, for my birthday, I got a grail head, my dolllshe Saint, and since he looked great on the April Story body we have here, I decided to take advantage of their 50% Off sale, and ordered him a body. I placed the order and sent full payment around midnight/1am EST on November 1st/2nd, so Thursday night. I sent 4S an email asking to confirm my payment. No response, and my order remained uncomfirmed. I gave it until Sunday, figuring maybe they got inundated and couldn't respond to everything before the weekend, but surely by Monday their time, they would see a payment of $310 (with the order number) and an unconfirmed order plus an email? Nope, so I sent a second email. Waited another day and a half, and sent a 3rd. By this point, we are almost a week in, so I canceled my order on the website, and filed a dispute on paypal, figuring that would get his attention. STILLL NO RESPONSE TO ANYTHING. I'm worried about the artists, but I am also not going to sit with my thumb up my ass and $310 in limbo. So as soon as I could, I escalated it to a claim, it is now almost two weeks after I placed my original order, and there have been no responses to anything; not my emails, not the paypal claim, nothing. They don't have a Q&A board on the English site, so I couldn't even track their activity. I found an april story body second hand for a good price, and bought that on my credit card, so as soon as I have my money back, I'll pay it off, and that body got shipped super fast so he will actually be here today or tomorrow, but I figured this needed to be shared.

Take caution buying from 4SDoll/April Story right now. A shame, since that's a great sale.

That closed shirt was so not Fuyupin! I'm really loving having him on a body~ Down side is, this body belongs to Jean-Louie. Both him and Ireen are so not happy :V But I'll have to deal with it, I don't think I can get him a body this year u.u

My order from April Story has been shipped and already arrived to Finland, too! ♥

I wasn't expecting this at all, I thought it would probably take another month at least because they are super busy with the event orders. I can't wait now that I know I'll get my hands on that box in a couple of days!

Time to dig up the Simply Divine head, black mohair wig and some clothes, and get to planning an actual style for this doll!

Finally I'm creating characters for these two heads ❤ it was so sad looking at that blank Lishe head T_T Meet Shiro-tan and red-mane-guy-that-needs-a-name! Shiro-tan and Kuro-chan (creative I know :V) are best buddies~ The guy is Pasha and Jean-Louie's teacher/guide. They both need bodies T_T

AprilStory Olivia still can't stand :( I have tried hot glue sueding her thigh and feet and knee, but I can only make her stand for less than a minute, and she falls again. :( :( I'm gonna keep fiddling with her, but I'm getting worried and impatient and getting stressed out. Help?

So i have received my Olivia. her head is being sent for a face up But im sort of disappointed of her legs. She doesnt pose well, she keeps falling everytime i make her stand. But after hot sueding (my first time!) Its a little better! I am hoping my fairyland's minifee and littlefee would pose well! Anyone know if CrobiDoll is better than Aprilstory?
