We reject #farmers when they say “We love our animals” “Come see the barn” “Our animals are treated better than people” “Our animals are our family” “They get the best care” Blah blah bullshit💩 Ultimately, these animals were bred for one thing, profit. They lives are completely dispensable. They are commodities to farmers, not even treated as the individual, sentient beings they are. 🐂🐓🐖🦃🐐🐇🐄 The child members of #ffa and #4h are raised to believe that the exploitation and killing of animals is just business as usual. That as long as they are fed, sheltered, and receive some medical attention when they are sick they are being “loved.” ❤️💔❤️💔❤️ What these kids don’t realize is that warm fuzzy feeling isn’t the love they have for the #farmanimals - it’s them feeling the love their animals have for them. Their love and trust is betrayed at the end of a knife. All of these animals are trucked to Slaughter and suffer horribly behinds the walls of a slaughterhouse. 💔🐂🐓🐐🐇🐖🐄🦃💔 The lucky ones will have a bolt gun to the head, working to effectively knock them unconscious, while they are hoisted upside down by one leg and have their throats slit. All animals raised for #meat and #dairy die the same way: they bleed out. It’s a horror show and it happens to the most innocent beings on the planet 60 billion times a year. 🐖🦃🐂🐄🐇🐓🐐 Animals deserve better.
