Very helpful questions that i was going to answer for later reference but apprently theres a tag limit?? lol
basic things you should know about your main characters
how is their relationship with their family
what are their beliefs, if they have any
what is their motivation (preferably something unrelated to their love interest/romantic feelings)
who were they raised to be vs. who they became/are becoming
what are their plans for the future, if they have any
how they feel about themselves and how it affects their behaviour
how do they feel about things they cannot control
and last but not least: Why is This Character the Protagonist??
#ok answering for dana#quick writing excerise#1. okish#3. unsure.. was muslim bur been rethinking that#maybe religious but w. a different one#lesser known one#3. wanting to be someone and wanting to be know. mostly to convince herself shes worth being alive. and to help others#to see justice happen#and to be at peace with herself#and to stab t.t in the throat#4. this one is similar to anne (yes the first oen u think of) s self#she was raised in a way that made her scared and angry and defensive#always on edge and alonr#alone becaude its safer that way#easier#but shes slowly learning what its like to be loved by people who dont hurt you#and how to love herself#she becomes peaceful#softer#still cool asf and confident and strong#but less angry#less scared#less solitary#like a heart#round edges and sharp ones#balanced#6. the future is more of a dream for her#she doesnt have specific plans just so so many fantasies#7. gonna skip seven but mostly like insecure atm and it makes her impulsive and she feels unseen so shes loud#i think i numbered these wrong shit
