The authors of a large-scale study published in the journal Lancet caution that in the future the frequency of natural disasters will continue to grow, and the damage from droughts, hurricanes and floods will increase every year. According to the estimates given in the study, for the period from 2010 to 2016 the frequency of such dangerous phenomena increased by 46%. A total of 797 such events were recorded on the planet in 2016 [1]. Each fertile hectare of land contains 20 tons of underground animals, [2] which, together with plants and ground biota, processes water, returning to the atmosphere its "record" in the form of a special structure of exhaled steam, evaporation of precipitates in a moderate enough dose. The mechanism of the water cycle developed by nature consisted of several main interdependent and unconditional processes:
a) concentration of water vapour and movement in the
clouds
b) Condensation and precipitation in specified locations
c) Soil saturation
d) Dissolution of mineral microelements, salts,
decomposing biomaterials
e) movement and transformation of water in food chains
f) Evaporation and movement towards the clouds.
Each molecule of this pair has its own, especially individual, structure. The molecules of water from the organic vapours of living creatures and plants must be very different from water molecules evaporated from asphalt or from a drying cup. It is assumed that a biologically structured substance, collected in the atmosphere from vapours of organic fumes, created a clear program for the distribution and schedule of precipitation. Such an idyll was created and perfected for billions of years. We change the water cycle by changing the evaporation. Intensively reduce the element of water movement through the biota and increase the concentration of water vapour in the clouds, precipitation, and direct evaporation through a short-circuited cycle.
The man took 63% of its land from the land to arable land, reservoirs, landfills, asphalted areas of cities and roads, and two-thirds of it was destroyed in the XX century [3]. Volumes of such waters can easily be imagined if we mentally summarize what passes through the turbine blades of hydroelectric power stations of the whole world, all water pipelines. To this, you can add moisture to the air, sucked up by all the engines, compressors and many other machines. There are many studies that water has a structure, and it varies depending on the impacts on it, for example: Vadim DERUZHINSKY Analytical newspaper "Secret Research", No. 16, [4] "Undoubtedly, tap water is ...". It has been experimentally proved that water is also a self-organizing system (Antonov, Gylybova, 1992) [5]. In the circulation of water through the atmosphere and soil, it undergoes a certain cycle of transformation.
Changes occurringinthewateras a resultofexternalinfluences are stable in time and change their structure in a given mode. This means that water "remembers" the physical or chemical effects. The question of the "memory" of water is extremely interesting. The first studies related to "In-formativeness" of water were carried out by Deryagin and Churaev (1971). The stability of the results in time after the "activation" of the alternating magnetic field and during electrolysis through the filter-nucleopore was examined by Minenko (1981) and Evseev [6]. Studies of changes in the spectrum of natural water as a function of time have been carried out [5]. In modern science, the question of how long information is retained by water molecules is debatable. On the other hand, water has a number of exceptional properties that allow it to store and distribute information as a result of an external physical or chemical impact factor [7].
Based on these studies, it is possible to prolong judgments and assume that such waters carry to the clouds various structures from each individual, living creature, each plant. As a part of the air, there are always water vapours, they pass through the cylinders of working internal combustion engines, compressors, furnace furnaces, where they are heated by hundreds of degrees, are discharged into the atmosphere with a distorted structure. How many such mechanisms are there in the world? Especially humid is the air in the clouds, through which airliners with turbine and jet engines regularly pass. The same air volumes sea ships, whose engines absorb the humid air of the surface of the oceans, the locomotives of the railways around the clock. In winter time a person develops huge areas for cleaning roads and squares of cities and other surfaces from snow.
Sealing snow with wheels and snow removal also breaks the structure of snow crystals. This snow also evaporates, carrying the destroyed structure into the sky. It is not known what happens to the pairs of waters of the destroyed structure in the clouds, but it is assumed that the change in the substance of the clouds has changed the mechanism of atmospheric phenomena. There was a cycle of artificial fumes, growing daily with new technologies, increasing human comfort, increasing the productivity of all types of production. There is no research in this direction. The assumption requires proof, but there is no doubt that artificial evaporation increases with the volumes and speed of turnover between the atmosphere and the soil. The assumption that carbon dioxide has created a greenhouse blanket is not yet known. Why do not water vapour form a thin film in the atmosphere, and carbon dioxide forms such a shell and does not let heat into space or reflects solar radiation. Can it be CO2, also moved by the wind in the form of invisible clouds and no hotbed over the planet exists? It is known [8] that: "From the beginning of the 20th century, according to UN experts, the increase in CO2 emissions was from 0.5 to 5% per year. As a result, over the last hundred years, 400 billion tons of carbon dioxide has been supplied by combustion of fuel to the atmosphere. "Every year people irrevocably take from rivers and lakes about 2000 cubic km. Fresh water, which is about 5% of the world's rivers flow [9].
Annually all this water through the sewerage and evaporation leaves into the atmosphere without any organic changes in 1 cubic m. There are 1000x1000x1000 = 1000000000 or 1 billion cubic meters. Multiply by 2000 and get 2 trillion cubic meters or 2 tr. tons of water. We believe that all this water is in the balance of the circuit. As much it rises into the atmosphere. Therefore 400 billion tons of CO2 in 100 years or 4 billion tons per year is 0.2 percent in the composition of evaporation. It is necessary to add to this even the volumes of natural biota water; it remained 100-63=37%. This percentage is rapidly declining with the development of production. As confirmed by reference data [10]: "The Earth's atmosphere is to a large extent a product of living organisms. The approximate composition of the Earth’s atmosphere: 78.08% nitrogen, 20.95% oxygen, a variable amount of water vapour (average about 1%), 0.93% argon, 0.038% carbon dioxide, and a small amount of hydrogen, helium, other noble gases and pollutants ". Here it is - "an average of about 1%"- a long-obsolete figure and needs clarification. According to the carbon dioxide gas, it was calculated and determined: from 0, 038 to 0, 2%. The same studies on evaporation are required. At the water we took away its most important link, the function - the transformation in the organic.
Giant masses of water return to the atmosphere without natural structural transformations. Evaporation of water from asphalt, steam generator, from the kettle and drying dishes is artificial evaporation. They are not provided for by nature. As any change in quantity leads to a new quality, the reduction of one of the links in the water cycle on a global scale has led to natural disasters, the intensity and frequency of which increases every year and leads to the complete destruction of life on the planet. And it, the destruction, has already begun [11]. Scientists state that many species of plants, animals, birds and insects disappear from the face of our planet 1,000 times faster than the natural level. This means that we lose 10 to 130 species every day [12]. The authors calculated the economic damage amounted to seven trillion dollars. The scientists came to their conclusions by analyzing the data on 35 thousand natural disasters that occurred in the last hundred years, which led to the death of more than eight million people. Adaptation to a changing climate can prolong the agony of the planet for a day, a year, even for a decade. The fight against carbon dioxide, the transition to "green technologies", alternative energy sources - all these are necessary, but far inadequate measures. It looks like the movement of a leaky boat with passengers bailing out water. A hole in the boat is increasing. It is necessary to understand and accept the closure of the hole - to restore nature the ability of historical self-regulation. The circulation of water in nature should be from organic vapours, but not from artificial ones.
The volumes of artificial fumes are huge and grow every day and at a high rate. Compare that it evaporates faster - water from asphalt or from the soil? If you pour over the bucket to and fro. The properties of water have not been studied. Water is not an unravelled matter. There are studies that state that water is not just a working reagent. Every day, floods occur in various parts of the world. It is the reaction of water to the attitude of a person to it in a single chain of transformations. Unprocessed water, repeatedly falling into the reduced circulation - anomalous water, shows it's unknown to us new qualities. Gathering in huge clouds, it's ugly with typhoons, cyclones, storms, pouring out massive sediments, overflowing rivers, looking for a job - getting out on the ground, warns us. Creates new atmospheric phenomena, from which the weather and climate is formed. Thus, the true source of anthropogenic impact on the climate is artificial vaporization.
Dialectically, the increase in the volume and rate of evaporation has passed into a new quality: a new atmospheric environment, unprecedented properties. Concentrated into droplets, and forming impermeable cloud layers of increased volumes, block the interchange of energy between the cosmos and the earth, change the climate according to an unknown algorithm. Urgent studies and evidence of the proposed direction are needed. On their basis, it is proposed to develop a new global concept, strategy and tactics, to rethink the entire population of the planet the nature of the destruction of the natural cycle. To preserve the habitat for our offspring, we must begin now to restore the natural evaporation from plants and animals - the basis of the universe. The main elements of the new concept:
I. It is necessary to completely revise the strategy for the development of the electric power industry. A complete ban on the design and construction of new dam power stations with the flooding of reverie areas. Struggling with the emission of carbon dioxide, many governments are designing and building many new hydroelectric power stations. This further increases artificial evaporation. The aging dams of many hydroelectric power stations require reconstruction and repair. Strong water jet strikes against turbine blades destroy the water structure. Studies are required in this direction, which should reveal the influence of such structures on evaporation.
II. The existing dam hydroelectric power plants can be gradually converted to dam less ones, while maintaining the generation of electricity. There are such interesting designs - [13]
III. Total saving of water consumption is necessary. Revise all production and utility processes with the transfer of water consumption into closed cycles. For example, why flushing in the toilet bowls produces the purest drinking water. Certainly there are opportunities to use waste water here, for example, after washing.
IV. Reconstruction of agriculture, transition to nonploughing, drip irrigation, organic farming. Israel develops deserts, growing vegetables and fruits for export.
V. Termination of soil contamination by landfills and dumps and reclamation of existing dumps. Creation of nonwaste technologies, as in Scandinavian countries.
VI. Reduction of washing of everything that is washed and dried. There are, and need to develop new, methods of dry cleaning of objects and surfaces, for example, cars, cleaning of asphalt pavements and roads.
VII. Outdoor landscaping of buildings and structures. The walls and roofs of buildings and all structures can be covered with vegetation. There are such houses and structures [14]. A new direction - vegetation can be vegetable and fruit. That each house can provide its own population with its own product.
VIII. Gradual transition to underground and underwater construction, starting from the development of ores, dressing, smelting, obtaining a finished product - all this can be done underground, in the worked out spaces. If it's metals, then the metal is exported to the surface. If it is oil, then only the fuel rises to the surface. If it is uranium, then electricity is output. All types of production must be located underground. And then everything else, down to the dwelling. There are many retail areas and metro in many large cities. There are real projects of underwater and underground cities. For example, [15]. There are underground greenhouses, where vegetables and fruits are grown all year round. Based on the materials of The New York Times, the modern rich men of America and Europe are already preparing underground housing and villages with swimming pools, cinemas, gaming halls, hydroponics gardens, trams. Only general mobilization in this direction can restore natural evaporation and the natural circulation of water - the basis of the universe. This is the only way to return a comfortable climate. of course, all this is not done suddenly, right away. But on a reasonable scale, humanity must gradually come to this. And our duty is to leave our offspring a normal climate, normal weather, to exclude natural disasters. The hypothesis requires proof, research. The officially recognized hypothesis of an increase in carbon dioxide in the greenhouse blanket is also not proven and has become a dogma. The pursuit of CO2 reduction diverts the world community from the true causes of climate change and leads to the death of all life on the planet. An urgent cooperation of new specialists is needed, which will see the idea and organize a campaign against dogma. Our planet needs salvation [16].

GAS CHROMATOGRAPHY
Is one of most widely used technique in qualitative and quantitative analysis. The components of a vaporized sample are separated by being distributed between a mobile gaseous phase and a liquid or a solid stationary phase held in a column.

Gas-solid chromatography
Gas-solid chromatography is based on a solid stationary phase in which retention of analytes occurs because of physical adsorption. It has limited application because of semi-permanent retention of active or polar molecules and severe tailing of elution peaks. Gas-solid chromatography permits the separation and determination of low-molecular-mass gases, such as air components, hydrogen sulfide, carbon monoxide, and nitrogen oxides.
 Gas-liquid chromatography
Gas-liquid chromatography has a widespread use in all fields of science where its name is usually shortened to gas chromatography (GC) and is based on partitioning of the analyte between a gaseous mobile phase and a liquid phase immobilized on the surface of an inert solid packing or on the walls of capillary tubing.

The method consists of, first, introducing the test mixture or sample into a stream of an inert gas, commonly helium or argon, that acts as carrier. Liquid samples are vaporized before injection into the carrier stream. The gas stream is passed through the packed column, through which the components of the sample move at velocities that are influenced by the degree of interaction of each constituent with the stationary nonvolatile phase. The substances having the greater interaction with the stationary phase are retarded to a greater extent and consequently separate from those with smaller interaction. As the components elute from the column they can be quantified by a detector and/or collected for further analysis.

Instruments of Gas-liquid Chromatography
→  Carrier Gas System
The mobile phase gas in gas chromatography is called the carrier gas and must be chemically inert. Carrier gas must be dry, free of oxygen and chemically inert mobile-phase employed in gas chromatography. Helium is most commonly used because it is safer, has a larger range of flow rates, and is compatible with many detectors.  Nitrogen, argon, and hydrogen are also used depending upon the desired performance and the detector being used.  Both hydrogen and helium provide a shorter analysis time and lower elution temperatures of the sample due to higher flow rates and low molecular weight.All carrier gasses are available in pressurized tanks and pressure regulators, gages and flow meters are used to control the flow rate of the gas. Inlet pressures usually range from 10 to 50 psi (lb/in 2), yielding flow rates of 25 to 150 mL/min with packed columns and 1 to 25 mL/min for open tubular capillary columns.

Classical Soap Bubble Meter
In classical soap-bubble meter, a soap film is formed in the path of the gas when a rubber bulb containing an aqueous solution of soap or detergent is squeezed. The time required for this film to move between two graduations on the buret is measured and converted to volumetric flow rate. Flow meter with digital readouts become common and is located at the end of the column.

→  Sample Injection System
Used to inject liquid samples through a rubber or silicone diaphragm, or septum, into a heated sample port located at the head of the column. The sample usually kept at about 50oC greater than the boiling point of the least volatile component of the sample. A sample port is necessary for introducing the sample at the head of the column.  Modern injection techniques often employ the use of heated sample ports through which the sample can be injected and vaporized in a near simultaneous fashion.  A calibrated micro syringe is used to deliver a sample volume in the range of a few microliters through a rubber septum and into the vaporization chamber.

→  Gas chromatographs autoinjectors and autosamplers
For the most reproducible sample injection, newer gas chromatographs use autoinjectors and autosamplers. With such autoinjectors, syringes are filled, and the sample injected into the chromatograph automatically. In the autosampler, samples are contained in vials on a sample turntable. The autoinjector syringe picks up the sample through a septum on the vial and injects the sample through a septum on the chromatograph.

For introducing gases, is often used instead of a syringe. Sample sizes can be reproduced to better than 0.5% relative. Liquid samples can also be introduced through a sampling valve.

→  Column Configurations and Column Ovens
Column temperature is an important variable that must be controlled to a few tenths of a degree for precise work. Thus, the column is normally housed in a thermostated oven and are usually formed as coils having diameters of 10 to 30 cm to fit in these varies in length from less than 2 m to 60 m or more. They are constructed of stainless steel, glass, fused silica, or Teflon. The optimum column temperature depends on the boiling point of the sample and the degree of separation required. Roughly, a temperature equal to or slightly above the average boiling point of a sample results in a reasonable elution time (2 to 30 min). For samples with a broad boiling range, it is often desirable to use temperature programming whereby the column temperature is increased either continuously or in steps as the separation proceeds.

Review: Brood Nitro
Activate the Nitro!
The warmer months approach and simultaneously the desire to reach for a frosty cold beverage increases.  Yet the need to consume scrumptious specialty coffee is still high. Such a quandary! Cold drip and cold brew coffees have stepped in to help fill this void over the years, but now a new iteration of chilled coffee is slowly jockeying for pole position in the Summer Caffeine Cup. Nitro Cold Brew coffee has been around for a while now, more so outside of Australia, but has not yet become a staple of coffee menus in Oz.
But first, what exactly is Nitro Cold Brew?
Put simply Nitro cold brew coffee is a cold brew coffee charged with nitrogen in order to give it a rich, creamy head, like that of a Guinness. The reason behind this textural phenomenon is that the nitrogen bubbles are smaller in size than those of commonly used carbon dioxide, resulting in subtly carbonated beverage with a thicker, velvety mouthfeel.
Introducing the Brood.
Getting into the brewing fun traditionally requires some thoughtful hardware and bench setup.  Tap installations into counter tops, kegs, nitrogen tanks and regulators to name but a few. Little experience or brewing knowledge coupled with these tricky equipment requirements have created a barrier to entry to creating delicious concoctions in house. Barriers be gone, the time is now!
One exciting innovation making the setup a lot more convenient is the Nitro V2PX from Brood. The V2PX draws pre prepared cold brew coffee from any container, keg, or bag-in-a-box, chills it instantly, then infuses the coffee with nitrogen, making fridges and gas cylinders non-essential. But, how are you doing all that V2PX?
The nitrogen used is extracted from the air via a compressor (and magic) and is pressured into the cold brew line via a series of valves, leaving our old mate oxygen (as well as argon and carbon dioxide) behind to go find something else to bond with. Because of this, the V2PX produces unlimited nitro coffee for as long as you need it, without the hassle of replacing tanks or monitoring pressure regulators. As long as you have air and coffee, those brews will keep on flowing. The twin tap variant also offers a straight chilled line, allowing you to serve the same coffee chilled OR chilled with Nitro! The portability of the unit is also a superb benefit, allowing you to set up anywhere on a bar or pop up at an event to serve out some sumptuous coffee with a twist in minutes.
Setting the right Brood.
So how do I best set one up?
Where to ideally place the Brood Nitro really does depend a lot on each venue.  In some spaces, positioning the unit behind the barista steaming milk will be perfect as the taps will still be visible to the customer and the dispenser is close to the nearest serve out point in your bar.  The dream here is to serve this chilled coffee out while it is still cascading and settling for maximum visual appeal.
You will want to create that ‘I’ll have what she’s having’ response in all your customers. This positioning also allows easy access for dispensing by front of house team members to pour drinks during busy service. Next to the till is also a superb option coupled with some highly recommend ‘What’s on tap’ signage so your customers can see what’s pouring and commence salivating.
Ideally position the Brood Nitro on a sturdy bench with access to a small circular 50mm hole, located near the rear of the unit. This allows your power plug and inlet hosing to drop below the counter into your cold brew vessel (keg) or connect to your bag in box bladder (bags and adapter supplied).  These containers filled with your pre prepared brew will need to be positioned directly under the machine and no further than 1 meter away otherwise the internal pump won’t be able to draw adequately. Just make sure there is appropriate ventilation around the unit, particularly the side vents, as the V2PX sends out some heat, much like a fridge, when it’s in use frequently. See picture provided.

Oh wait, you will need some delicious brew to put through the unit, right? As with all recipes these are a great starting point but need not be the end of the creative process, as you will need to tweak it to what coffee you are using and personal preference. While a 1:10 coffee to water ratio is often great for cold brewing, for the nitro recipe it often is needed to be a little more concentrated at a 1:8 or even as low as a 1:4 ratio to help provide the desired strength to sit with the creamier texture.
Introducing to your customers.
Well you have now done all the hard work setting up your bar and produced countless batches during your recipe testing to hone in on the perfect iteration of your chilled coffee goodness. Time to share!
As suggested earlier, signage around the unit itself is essential for doing some of the talking for you regarding what’s pouring today. Samples are also encouraged initially. It’s ready to go in a quick serve format so as this will be many folks first taste of a Nitro coffee alternative, popping a tiny taster in their exited hands can be enough to get the decision-making wheels moving and ordering a round for the table.
The right glassware will also do this for you. The first taste is with often with the eyes, so selecting an appealing clear glass to show off those cascading visuals will do wonders to presell to patrons already in your venue. Serviceware with a nice straight wall is ideal, as this makes it easier to pour into and allows the bubbles to move freely up the glass in order to create that smooth textured head on the drink.
