#☢️.txt#3rd sem is more about the /philosophy/ behind improving society#but even og p5 ends on the idea that the thieves had a negative effect bc they caused the public to become apathetic#yeah yeah yaldy interfered but the whole point was the game was rigged against humanity#either humanity is apathetic to change (joker) or humanity cannot change (akechi)#there was never a good end! they were both set up so nothing they did would be a lasting net positive#the good end is the refusal to participate! its killing god and letting humanity choose its fate!#and maruki is trying to save humanity at the cost of that freedom#the only difference between yaldy and maruki is the intent. theyre both locking away peoples choices and making it themselves
