Day 18
I haven't had time to update the last couple of days due to work. I've held strong to my diet keeping around 1000 calories per day and still dropping weight. I bought
the new scales and they had me up 5lbs. I dont feel bad about that because these are more accurate. So as of right now I'm at 196.4lbs. I'm fixing to go to the gym this morning and try to get a good workout. First time in two days. Sometimes I hate having to work such long days it really interferes with my new approach to life.
