Pardon Our Progress: 09 "So Long Mellow Yellow!"

Our 32Homes team has been searching for a way to make our newest property available to the community as quickly as possible.  This led us to an option we had not previously considered for ourselves - We are going to rent it out!

While we generally buy from tired landlords with the hopes of selling the houses later, given the current housing market, we were eager to provide basic housing swiftly.  A quick sale does not matter to us as much as our neighbors do.

We would love to hear what you think about the new floor plan!  A reminder that this house had to be gutted and then completely rebuilt inside.  We are so proud of all of the work that the 32Homes Team has put into this property.  Great job, Team!  💪
