Kids were sick for a week. Roy and Rachelle skipped school. A day at the Beaches with kids and Athena ⠀ Every second person is like “oh my god, it’s a corgi puppy 🐶!” ⠀ A funny thing - a young couple approached me and a man asked what breed is it. “Corgi” - I replied. “The one the Queen had” - I added, seeing his puzzled face. First day of school. Yesterday we sat at the table for dinner and had a long a good laugh together. Also, we discussed that in Russia everybody was writing that summer is over, and how here in Canada it’s shifted for three weeks. Eric said “for me summer is over when the summer break is done”. Remember cranberries last year? When we went crazy and entered cold water at +6 outside? Got the film from there developed and scanned. Not sure where these light leaks came from. After seeing the amount of snow yesterday on the way home, and being silly enough to believe the weather forecast, we decided that the buses will cancelled today and left kids at home. Sure enough, the buses operated today. But some schools had them late by 90(!!!) minutes. Anyways, the afternoon sun was too good to miss and I took the kids to a walk just across the road, where we have couple of ponds and a nice walking/biking trail. Увидев количество снега вчера по дороге домой и будучи достаточно наивными, чтобы поверить в прогноз погоды, мы решили, что автобусы будут отменены сегодня, и оставили детей дома. Конечно же, автобусы работали. It’s Easter Monday 🐣, kids have no school, I’m off too. While my beloved @ira_yakobson is studying, I went with #3нашихплюшки to @agotoronto, but before going in, we decided to enjoy the sun ☀️ and have some fun at Grange Park. (at Grange Park)
