#gynecologist tomorrow im scarrrred#pretty sure i just have vaginismus and i haaaate how drs wont tell me anything about how stuff is supposed to be#i dont even care enough about 'fixing' it i just want to be acknowledged#3 drs have not bat an eye at me saying pap smears have been the most pain i have ever felt#all this drs reviews say she is really good at talking through things but i am going to be on the extreme defensive#and im going to tell her that the gp (and lgbt health provider) that referred me to her#tells his patients that pap smears are SUPPOSED to hurt and repeatedly compared it to sounding#he did not think this was a problem until i specified some things that hurt during sex as if they would not be connected at all#like... yes i tell him im sexually active but im pretty specific that i dont do anything close to PIV#and as a lgbt doctor i would think u cant make any assumptions abt what kind of sex ppl are or arent having#i am wondering if i have just always answered 'do you have pain during sex' incorrectly because i pretty much DONT because i dont do things#that would be painful...
