I am getting used to the heat, the enormous amount of sunlight, and the ocean breeze. Ocean is always soothing and calm. The ocean here reminds me of how small I am in this amazing place called Earth. Each step I took into the water, is each second I got to get away from my negativity. My new friend joked about her Boss back home is worrying about her not coming back anymore after Bali.

Here on Lembongan, electricity outages are usual. Yesterday I was lying on my bed in darkness due to an outage, being skeptical about how I did actually manage to convince myself to come here. Here. In a month.

I remembered deciding everything in a flash of time. I might not be so rational. I might be affected of my emotional breakdown. I might be fed up with my confusion about myself. So I just, booked the flight and tossed this idea aside for a while.

And now I am here. Meeting new cultures, traditions, people. New faces and smiles and eyes that meet mine. New voices in a strange language I have never noticed before. Sand under my feet, this view in front of my eyes, and ocean breeze embraces me, every next 25 days.

I realized how this so-called crisis had led me to, this amazing start of a journey. I am not sure what would be in store tomorrow, or the days after tomorrow. But I think, this moment is wonderful. And I would treasure and enjoy it, as best as I can. .
