I've done a lot of research on tub tanks but the one thing I can't find anything on is a y/n on using the colored tubs? Do you think these would be an issue or be fine? The clear tubs just arent my style and I feel like the colored plastic would provide better security to the snake.

Ball pythons actually do not see in color! They see in black and white so colorwise you can go as wild as your heart desires. Do keep in mind, that for a tub you need a room temperature of 26Celsius (78,8 fahrenheit), since it is difficult to use a heat lamp (ceramic heat emitter) for ambient temperature. The plastic can melt. But colorwise, no problem! Your snake will definetly feel secure.
