Exactly, exactly! That was precisely the point I was making and you definitely get it :) (I hope you keep doing it as part of performances, too!) This post here kind of got away from me and got separated from its context as it was meant to be part of an answer I had written to an ask, but tumblr was not on board with my trying to add the video to it. I was raving about Pulling Rabbits Out Of A Hat in general and here's a small part of the context I was sharing this snippet of video in:

Russell delivers the lines with so much anger and spite. I love when he really leans into the emotion of a song, when it all becomes about hitting the right feeling.

I hadn't really expected for this to start circulating the way it has and I should've known better 😂 I honestly should write more about 21x21 (on main though, not here, as I'm trying (and currently failing) to be a somewhat anonymous cave dweller here). I've been watching quite a lot of it the last year and it keeps blowing my mind. As to your tags: I never even thought about how they performed some of the songs that weren't recorded! If Russell did Propaganda acapella that night that definitely has me going insane! Maybe you can ask the person who uploaded the video in the comments on YouTube? I love Plagiarism so much and the 21x21 performance of the album is one of the best nights. (THE MOMENT JIMMY SOMERVILLE SHOWS UP?!)
