July 8 When are you hardest on yourself? What does this stem from? Why do you put yourself under so much pressure?

Right now I am the hardest on myself when I think about my past. Like how can I ruin something that, maybe wasn't going the greatest, but it is better than the situation that I am in now... In a lot of cases I haven't been enough for people who should have loved me regardless. I feel that I part of my problem now. I do do a lot of self sabotage. Or I think things are too good for me. Or I don't deserve a lot of good things in life.
