BMW has announced recently that their V12 engines won’t be around for much longer and currently only uses them in the M750Li sedan… But BMW seems to want to get rid of their V12’s, which currently will die in 2023, faster. How? Well slap it into a big hot selling SUV why not! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 🏁 @Allcarnews Spec sheet: BMW’s TT 6.0L V12 makes 592HP and 590 lb-ft of torque and can easily make more power if tuners get their hand on them. Of course if this does come, it would be mounted to X-Drive!. There also will be an Alpina XB7 packing a 600HP 4.4L TT V8 acting nearly as a luxury X7M that BMW M won’t make themselves. 🏁 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Is this 100% confirmed? No. But the leaked digital dash screen that Bimmerpost found say 100% YES! How is that even know? Well, BMW only uses the 60 designation for V12 models right now and an M60i X7 would fit perfectly in line with its sedan model line brother, the M760Li. It wont be a TT V8 as the X7 already gets that in the 50i trim and it wont be any sort of plug in hybrid as it lacks a “I” or “e” designation.
