I found this gem of Arizona history from the heart of Phoenix itself. 1955 a time when my grandma would have been Christmas tree shopping from a live lot probably a 20 min car ride away to the closest one. This exact area is now accessible by freeway and is the 20 min car ride from where my grandma use to live. Imagine riding with grandma or grandpa from Mesa to downtown Phoenix using only surface streets. I wanted to step up my photo game this year but Rona came through and exacerbated my depression. But at least I can say that I'm happy with this picture.
