I know this might be a lot to suggest, but I think it might be a good idea to leave SHINee and the member's social media pages as quiet as possible on December 18th. Just to show some respect for their privacy on that day... I know it might be comforting to see posts but it also might be upsetting to get such an influx of comments on an unrelated picture they might have last posted and they will have each other and their families as the biggest support on that day. I don't know, share if you think it is a good idea

170521 Jonghyun Shinee Day

I'm a day late for this but that's not important (or is it?). Anyway... Yesterday marks the first anniversary of Jonghyun's tragic & way too early death.

Since I discovered SHINee in 2011, he's been my all-time favourite. Not solely because of his good looks. Mostly because of his unique voice & just because he is a sweet human being.

It broke my heart when I found out about his death last year. And it seemed like I couldn't stop crying. It seemed so surreal & like a bad dream & for some time I just couldn't believe it -- I didn't want to believe it.

Today it still fills me with a bittersweet feeling when I think of him or listen to his music. And my thoughts are with his family & the remaining members of SHINee & all his friends.

But mostly my thoughts are with him. I hope he's in a better place now & has found happiness & peace. He's a true angel. He always has been.

To Jonghyun: You did well, angel. We miss you dearly. We will always love you. 💙 And never will we forget you.

He will always have a special place in my heart & the hearts of every Shawol out there. He's our moon & he's always with us, all we have to do is look up to the sky. Even when we can't see him, he's there smiling down on us, wishing us well.

He will live on through his music & he will always be with us through it.

To every Shawol out there:

I hope you are doing okay. Stay strong & never forget Jonghyun.

Another year has passed but the all the memories still fresh in my mind. 2018 please be good to the boys, their family, close friends, fans and everyone 🌹Happy New Year everyone. May 2018 brings all the good to us 💕

2017, you’re one hell of a rollercoaster ride. seeing all 5 of them live last march, i will forever cherish that day. this was a bittersweet year. i’m thankful for the laughters and lessons but you were kind of too much for the latter part, our tears and pain, this is for the one we love… may he find peace up there.

2018, whatever kind of ride you will provide, just know that i’m with SHINee no matter what. let us heal the best way that we can and please make these precious boys and my dear shawols happy, they deserve it, really. i’ll try my best. please notice all our love and efforts. i am full of hope. for my sun, my moon and my stars… i’ll do my best.
