Packages are almost done with shipment!

Hi everyone we apologize for the delay and we thank you for your patience and support on this.

We have noticed that a number of people are asking if the fanzine will be available any time soon and to tell you the truth we don't know if we will ever re-sell physical copies of these.

One of the major reasons was due to the issue we have recently encountered to the remaining fanzines for shipment and the extra copies.

The material that was used to the other fanzines, such as the cover, was thicker than the rest. It was so thick that it contributed additional weight to the whole package. That the shipment that was suppose to be 10 USD or 15 USD, was now 20 USD to 25 USD. The indicated price was as if you bought another physical fanzine. And since this is a non-profit project, it has resulted into a big financial impact. With this being said, the additional costing of the shipping will not affect the consumers who bought the copy, but it has resulted to the delay of shipment due to the lack of funds, that is currently being shoulder by the organizer. We greatly apologize for this as we were not aware on the fanzines that was sent to us by the manufacturer would have resulted to unequal distribution of materials used to the product.

With that being said, in order to compensate the delay of the fanzines being sent, we have agreed to send out digital copies to everyone, including to those who have already received their copies, of the fanzines in .PDF form.

Kindly expect the .PDF file to be sent starting on February 5, 2019 on your preferred email addresses by then.

Again, we apologize for the delay and we sincerely thank you for your patience and understanding in this whole dilemma.

Announcement!

One of our Heartfelt organizers will be going to Japan starting October 24 - 30 (Tokyo) to November 1 - 7(Osaka). To those who would wish to avail a Fanzine during those dates kindly send a message or an ask, so we can make a meet up. :D This will lessen the hassle of the additional shipping fee to those who would want to avail in the area!

Franzine: Update

Hi everyone! Here's a small update on the current status of the Fanzine! First of all we would like to thank each and every one of you for your overwhelming response in supporting this project! We couldn't have been more flattered for the numerous amount of people still supporting this ship! So thank you! Secondly, we would like to apologize for the late revert of the emails. We are currently going through a lot of queries and responses so it might take a while to get each and every email forwarded and responded. But, regardless, we thank you for your patience on this! Also, for each and every one's benifit we have provided a schedule on the status and process of everyone's orders:

July 31, 2018 - Pre-orders ended

August 1 - 17, 2018 - Responding to emails & Finalizing everyones orders - This is crucial phase, since this is a non-profit event, we will need to finalize all orders and payments before we send the orders out for production.

August 18 - September 5, 2018 - Production on the Fanzine, Acrylic Keychains and Stickers - The production of the Fanzine usually takes 2 and a half weeks. This also includes the keychains and stickers as well. Also, re-printing and such may also be the cause of delay, so we added an extra 3 to 5 days in case this happens.

September 5 - 9, 2018 - Packaging and Sending out confirmation! - We would want to confirm the final address to those who order before we print their addresses out for shipment

September 10 - 14, 2018 - Receiving the Fanzines

September 17 - 21, 2018 - Receiving the second batch of fanzines from the publisher. Also packing and preparing for shipment.

September 24 - 28, 2018 - First batch of Shipping

October 1 - 5, 2018 - Second batch of Shipping

October 8 - 12, 2018 - Third batch of Shipping

We're almost done shipping everything! And we would like to announce that the team that is currently shipping the items will be on a 2 week leave due to being out of the country. We will resume shipping out the items after 2 weeks starting on October 24, 2018 GMT+8. We thank you for your support and your patience for this project and we will update you once they have returned and begin shipping out the items. Heartfelt - Fanzine: Update

Current update:

Hi everyone! Here is the latest update to the following items:

Bonus items: Currently packaging the Acrylic keychains and stickers. Will post pictures once everything has been packed.

Fanzine: Sending out the fanzine would be delayed in a bit due to the following reasons:

• Correction in the issued pages (matte instead of glossy)

• Incorrect size: B5 instead of A4

Already contacted the supplier and sent back the following fanzines for correction. Will be expecting to receive the fanzine by next week.

Also, the fanzine requested an additional 4 pages for the fanzine, instead of 32, expect that there would be a total of 36 pages including the cover.

Due to this we will start sending out the first batch of the fanzine by the 3rd or last week of September. We apologize for the delay, but we would like to provide the item in a state of good quality and what was originally ordered. Again, we apologize for the delay and would like to thank you for your patience and support for the fanzine.
