to answer the question, he definitely did, at the beginning - but that was still very early on in nico’s career, and his fan base was pretty small (at least compared to how it skyrocketed later that year). i think there’s a very fine line between joking that “haha these friends would make such a cute couple i ship!” (what will was doing) compared to certain “fans” who will insist on nico coming out and them having a public relationship/trying to find “hints” and “clues” that aren’t there/theorizing abt them having broken up, or them pining, or basically just invading nico (and will’s) privacy (what will is annoyed by/what other ppl are doing).

will ended up abandoning that acc when he got to college (1 bc he didn’t have time and 2 bc of people becoming too invasive). will def was egging it on back in hs, mainly just to counter the piper x nico rumors and bc he thought it’d be funny, but it became clear at some point that people weren’t seeing the joke aspect of the ship, and taking it way too seriously (bc even tho will thought it’d be funny, he didn’t actually want to out either of them).

Favorite thing about them: His pure of heart, dumb of ass nature... idk! I just feel like his bombastic, friendly personality is so lovable. I was invested in him from the second I met him! He just leaves such an impact with his silly but earnest personality. I love how determined he is, how he's got these big emotions and how much he believes in Blackquill and isn't scared of him one bit even though everyone else is because he sees Blackquill's raw potential. I haven't thought about it in a while so my opinions may have changed a bit idk just read these KRKFNM Second post isn't mine but I did leave a fucking tag essay so there's that. I do plan on replaying Dual Destinies soon to see what I feel about the game after knowing everything I do now, though. Favorite line: idk if it's a favorite line exactly but my favorite moment with him is in Turnabout Academy where he pops out of the art room window and is like "oh it's y'all!! in justice we trust!!" and helps out Athena and Apollo while Athena excitedly greets him n Klav and Apollo are like ??? It's so cute. brOTP: Ummm him with Ema is pretty fun! I want all the detectives to be buddies, and I think that Ema would originally be so pissed off and annoyed by him, but come to appreciate his earnestness and kindness. I think once she cools off and becomes a proper forensic detective she'd mellow out and be much more open to befriending people she works with. I think they'd get along very well. I also like the headcanons where Bobby really looks up to Gumshoe, so I like their dynamic too.

I also think him and Yuty would be fun. I think Nahyuta would be annoyed by Fulbright at first like Ema, though. But Fulbright probably fills a similar environmental niche to Datz, so I think Nahyuta could deal with him eventually. I imagined this scenario (admittedly in a shippy sense-- I think Madhibright is a funny ship and kinda cute, but I don't actually ship it anymore, they're just pals) where they meet post-SOJ and thought it'd be fun. Here's that post I made. OTP: Blackbright, I guess! IDK, I don't ship as much for him as I used to, but this is still my number one. I LOVE their dynamic in DD, I love the possibilities of what a dynamic could be like post-DD had he lived, so on. They're definitely Together but it might be kind of an unlabeled grey area friendship gay thing too. I don't know KRKF but I like them a lot! It's fun. I think they're very cute. nOTP: I dunno. Who are they gonna ship him with if not Blackquill? The Phantom? I've seen cute stuff with the Phantom and him as buddies that I find interesting. I wouldn't call romantically shipping them a NOTP, it's just vaguely weird but I don't really care at all. So, none I guess. Random headcanon: He's from the South and has a Southern accent!!! I love giving characters I like Southern accents it's kind of a thing I do if I have an excuse to, lol. It's why like half the Tazmily villagers were written with accents during my Mother 3 fanfic days. I think it suits him, idk why. It's better than the goofy ass voice they gave him in DD 😭 Unpopular opinion: idk. I don't know what people think about him, aside from him being another character the AA subreddit will try to convince you just absolutely sucks. Aside from, like, I don't know, I think it's a bit off sometimes if AUs where Bobby lives that people try to put all the blame for shitty behavior towards Blackquill on the Phantom. I get why, but I think sometimes it's worth examining how his position of power could be harmful to Blackquill regardless of his pure intentions or whatever. He's a cop, after all.

I know some people are uncomfortable with the ethics of a ship with Blackquill while he's still in prison (which is why some folks will specifically only interpret Blackbright as a post-DD thing) but I'm also like. idk I think THAT'S worth examining too! By people smarter than me. I'm not doing it KRKF I just find their dynamics interesting, warts and all.

like first of all THE ENDING?! LIKE HOW OUT OF ALL THE (honestly small amount of stuff) SPOILED FOR ME HOW DID NO ONE TELL ME THERE WAS GONNA BE A TBC AT THE END?! I CANT WAIT HOWEVER MANY YEARS ITLL BE TO SEE WHAT HAPPENS NEXT LIKE-

the weird writing, the odd pacing, the strange focus on humor bits that aren't funny and literally take away precious time from the VERY INTRICATE PLOT THEYRE TRYING TO TELL BUT NO LOOK AT THESE PASTRIES GETTING ON PEOPLE'S FACES HEHEHE FART JOKE AS WELL

and the conflicts are Extremely Obvious and on the nose. like that episode between the sun elves and the human camp

I know this show is inspired by avatar but that's like the perfect example of how to make a show for kids that isn't excessively Childish. they've made like 4 kinda tryhard avatar references so LEARN FROM THE SHOW U KEEP TALKING ABT BRO 😭😭

now that I think about it the entirety of the dragon prince feels like of all of atla was under the same writing vibes as the great divide episode. like epic plot, epic characters (aaravos, the dragons, rayla and the moonshadow elves, viren, ezran as a child king!) They paint it with flowery language and dramatics in these pretentious tumblr posts about the show and then it's really not that at all? like don't get me wrong the world building is obviously intricate and you can tell they went full in and had fun with it (behind the scenes) but how much of it really made it into the show. and also...worldbuilding =/= emotional depth.

there ARE really good moments and the coin thing with raylas family is cool and so it claudia's journey but even some of these are cut down by the random shitty humor that's always ruining everything including tense scenes, moods, and screentime

YAYYY I LOVE ANSWERING QUESTIONS!!!!

1) hmmmm I always try to pack my bag the night before, but that’s more so a routine thing not a special back to school specific thing….. I think bc I have to wake up so early for school again, over the years I’ve started caring less abt fun b2s eve things 🥹🥹 it makes me kinda sad!!! I should do something. maybe I’ll make a mini routine thing to try and follow for once……..

2) OOOOO okay so technically it was Pokémon when I was a kid, and I think it might’ve been brock??? is that his name???? I haven’t seen it in years I’m sorry 😭😭 I don’t remember ever even acknowledging it was a crush bc I was like 5-7 ish and i couldn’t comprehend crushing on a fictional character yet let alone a real person, but looking back I definitely liked him. I thought he was funny and that was literally my only requirement. the bar was in hell. (I say this as someone who also had a crush on the saber tooth tiger from ice age bc he was sarcastic. little me had the same taste in personality as me now 😭)

BUT when I got older, my first anime after I decided I wanted to get into it for real was haikyuu!! I was home alone that day bc my mom had treatment and I was looking for something to watch on Netflix, I saw the banner and was like “oh one of my Instagram moots posts a lot abt this show!!” so I clicked play. and my first ever anime/hq crush was SUGAWARA. 3) I LOVE sleepovers. i didn’t have a ton when I was younger bc I lived super far from my friends, so whenever I did, it was with my cousins usually and they’re always sm fun!! Had one recently with one of my best friends for the first time since we were like. 10 and it was great!! she came to my house for the second time ever. sleepovers as adults are great I think bc they’re the exact same in terms of games and excess amounts of sugar, BUT you can play drinking games now and I think that’s neat.

4) YESSSS I DO!!! I’m so excited abt this oh my gosh. when I was a kid I had wayyyyy too many, but one of my most prized stuffed animals is this giant (and I mean massive) teddy bear my grandma got forme when I was 3 ish. his name is peek-a-boo. he’s currently sitting in the corner of ky room bc he’s too big for my bed. They’re literally Avengers they’ll be fine (but seriously, Nat tries to build them a fortified shelter that Wanda ends up doing instead bc Powers and Nat helps keep communications with other survivors running and does the house chores she can while Wanda does all the other house stuff bc she doesn’t like to think of the world ending after trying her damnedest to save it all the time and Nat tries to keep things light by dancing with her in the living room or making fun of whatever movies they have on Blue-Ray and sometimes it works and sometimes they just need to hold each other and remind themselves that they’re both okay and alive and together)

17. When they find a time machine, where do they go?

They both think of going back to when they were younger to prevent the past  but ultimately agree that they are who they are bc of it, so they go to the future to see how things go (not to fuck with anything or whatever) and they see that they live long and together (and no one loses any family)

18. When they fight, how do they make up?

jk! Neither of them fully (or ever) apologize for their stances but they always apologize for yelling or for not taking the time to see the other’s side. They admit when they’re wrong and then kiss it out. And then they fuck

19. Where do they go on their first date?

One of the more hidden gardens in the Avengers Facility (or the rooftop). They picnic it out bc they don’t want to be bothered by civilians or paparazzi if they leave the compound but also don’t want the boys to interrupt their first ever date

20. Where do they go on holiday?

To one of Nat’s hideouts in a secluded corner of some country, surrounded by beauty and not a single other soul in sight. They can be just them without having to worry about the rest of the world or their pasts or their abilities

21. Where do they get nervous about going with one another?

Missions. They always worry about each other’s safety no matter how many missions they’ve been on (together or separately)

22. Where does their first kiss happen?

Right after they confess they like each other (as seen in #13)

23. Where is their favourite place to be together?

In the kitchen! Wanda likes it when Nat tries to teach her to cook and Nat likes how excited and determined Wanda is to get it right

24. Where do they first have sex?

I hc that it takes them some time before they have sex bc Wanda is intimidated by Nat's experience and her lack of (Nat's the first real, serious relationship she's ever really had) so Nat lets her set the pace and never pressures her about it bc she loves spending time with Wanda no matter what they're doing; and when they finally do make love, Nat is constantly checking in with Wanda and asking if she's okay and comfortable. They make love in Nat's room, where Wanda feels safest

25. Why do they fight?

For Nat, it’s when she’s being too reckless or self-loathing. For Wanda, it’s cause she doesn’t let herself healthily process her emotions (Natasha hates when she’s in denial about her feelings)

26. Why do they need to have a serious chat?

The most serious chat they have is about whether or not they should raise kids. Nat is wary but Wanda’s always wanted to have a big family, but they both understand the responsibility and sacrifice that comes along with being parents (especially when their full-time jobs are as superheroes)

27. Why do their friends get annoyed with them?

Because they’re obnoxiously handsy with each other and even if Wanda sometimes gets embarrassed, their friends’ annoyance just spurs Nat on to be more handsy

28. Why do they get jealous?

Wanda sometimes gets jealous of the unwavering trust and responsibility the Avengers give Nat as she feels like they baby her too much (Nat sometimes included in the babying). Natasha gets jealous more easily but is very good at hiding it and talking it out with Wanda afterwards (as Wanda has helped her learn to do over time)

29. Why do they fall a little bit more in love?

Because they make each other better and because in a world that’s constantly hurt them, they make each other feel safe and loved

30. Why does it work (or not work) between them?

It works bc they’ve gone through similar childhoods (forced to grow up without their parents and formerly manipulated by an evil dude) so they understand what it’s like to grow up scared of yourself and your future but despite that, they both chose to be good--better. It works bc they complement each other’s temperaments and also bc tol gf and short gf are a Great combo imo
