Dünyanın en büyük şantiye alanına dönüştürülen 11 ilde 182 bin kişi depremzede vatandaşları sağlam konutlarına kavuşturmak için 7/24 esasıyla çalışıyor.

ANKARA (İGFA) – Deprem bölgesinde teslim edilen konutların sayısı ile ilgili son durumu sosyal medya hesabından paylaşan Çevre Şehircilik ve İklim Değişikliği Bakanı Murat Kurum, deprem bölgelerinde yüzlerini güldürmedikleri tek bir vatandaş kalmayana dek deprem bölgesinden ayrılmayacaklarını söyledi.

46 BİN 307 KONUT VE 149 İŞ YERİ DAHA TESLİM EDİLDİ

Bugüne kadar yapılması planlanan konutların yüzde 45’i teslim edildiğini belirten Bakan Kurum, geçtiğimiz Cuma günü de “201 Bininci Konutun Anahtar Teslim ve Kura Çekim Töreni” Cumhurbaşkanı Recep Tayyip Erdoğan’ın katılımıyla Malatya’da gerçekleştirdiklerini anımsatarak, “Hatay’da 13 bin 980, Malatya’da 6 bin 554, Gaziantep’te bin 535, Kahramanmaraş’ta 7 bin 202, Adıyaman’da 6 bin 781, Osmaniye’de bin 921, Adana’da 2 bin 945, Diyarbakır’da 822, Elazığ’da 3 bin 353, Kilis’te 223, Şanlıurfa’da 991 olmak üzere toplam 46 bin 307 konut ve 149 iş yerinin daha hak sahipleri belirlendi. Böylece bugüne kadar teslim edilen konut ve iş yeri sayısı 201 bin 580’e yükseldi. 2025 yılı sonunda ise 358 bin 859 konut, 31 bin 307 iş yeri ve 62 bin 817 köy evi olmak üzere toplam 452 bin 983 bağımsız bölüm hak sahiplerine teslim edilmiş olacak” diye konuştu.

YERİNDE DÖNÜŞÜM İLE 21 MİLYAR TL DESTEK

Çevre, Şehircilik ve İklim Değişikliği Bakanı Murat Kurum, sosyal medya hesabından deprem bölgesinde bugüne kadar teslim edilen ve bu yıl içinde teslim edilecek konut ve iş yerlerine ilişkin haritalı paylaşım yaptı.

11 ilde 174 ayrı alanda, toplam 3 bin 481 şantiyede, 182 bin kişi afet konutlarını bir an önce teslim etmek için 7/24 esasıyla seferberlik ruhuyla çalıştığını belirten Bakan Kurum, “Bununla birlikte, deprem bölgesindeki depremzedelere kendi evlerini ve iş yerlerini kendileri yaptırmak isterse Yerinde Dönüşüm Projesi kapsamında 2 yıl geri ödemesiz, 10 yıl vadeli ve faizsiz olarak kredi ve hibe veriliyor. Konutlara 750 bin lira hibe, 750 bin lira kredi ve vatandaşların proje hazırlığı yaparken kullanabilmeleri için 40 bin lira proje desteği sağlanıyor. İş yerlerine ise 400 bin lira hibe, 400 bin lira kredi ve yine 40 bin lira proje desteği veriliyor. Ahırlı konutlar için 750 bin lira hibe, 1 milyon lira kredi ve 40 bin lira proje desteği sağlanıyor. İlk konut ve iş yeri için “Yerinde Dönüşüm” desteklerinden faydalanan vatandaşlar iki ve üçüncü konut/iş yeri için de 40 bin lira proje desteği ve kredi imkanından faydalanabiliyor. Destekten asrın felaketinin ardından “Genel Hayata Etkili Afet Bölgesi” ilan edilen 18 il faydalanabiliyor. “Yerinde Dönüşüm” projesi kapsamında ruhsatlandırılan bağımsız bölümlere yönelik bugüne kadar 21 milyar lira hibe ve kredi desteği sağlandı. Bugüne kadar deprem bölgesindeki altyapı hizmetleri için ise İller Bankası 65 milyar TL tutarında hibe desteği aktardık” ifadelerini kullandı.

Einsatz: 3173

Gegen 12:18 Uhr wurden die Feuerwehren Karlstein zu einem B 3 | Brandmeldeanlage in den Ortsteil Karlstein-Großwelzheim alarmiert.

Wir wurden von der Leitstelle zusammen mit der Feuerwehrinspektion Aschaffenburg-Land 3 zu einem BMA 3 alarmiert.

+++ Einsatz 174/23 +++

Am Samstag um 12:18 Uhr klingelten die DME und wir wurden nach B BMA 3 (Brandmeldeanlage groß) an die Zeche Gustav alarmiert.

Die Erkundung ergab ein ausgelöstes RAS (Rauch Ansaug System) in einer Firmeneigenen Trafo Station. Nach den öffnen des Gebäudes konnte kein Rauch, kein Feuer festgestellt werden, Fehlalarm, Rückfahrt zum Gerätehaus und herstellen der Einsatzbereitschaft.

Ausgerückt waren wir mit einem erweiterten Löschzug (ELW 1 - HLF 20/16 - DLA (K) 23/12 - LF 16/12 - GW U mit Sonderlöschmittel LC 135 K. Letzterer konnte die Einsatzfahrt abbrechen und fuhr die Einsatzstelle nicht mehr an.

i want to talk about cannibal transgender banana slugs and YOU 🫵 will listen…

ok so first: carnivorous gastropod sex lasts around six seconds and herbivorous gastropod sex lasts ~6 hours. the reason carnivorous gastropods r so quick is because they’re scared the other snail/slug will eat them (valid). so the quicker it’s done the less likely the slug is to get chomped. ok let’s talk about banana slugs specifically

ok so banana slugs are hermaphroditic, but take on “male”/“female” roles during sex, they become so entwined and twisted up that when they try to unravel often the female slug will bite off the males dick in the process. (which is corkscrew shaped, and roughly 6-8 inches (15.24-20.32cm) (roughly the same size of the slug) if u need that mental image)

i like cas being unrequitedly in love with dean (or sam tbh) because it gives us as the audience perspective on how oddly too-close sam and dean are. How dean is so singularly focused on his brother, and vice versa. It's easy to get caught up in sam and dean's world and their dynamic as a viewer, and it's easy to feel like a part of it, but cas is like a reality check that makes us see, kind of abruptly sometimes, how exclusive and closed off sam and dean are
