Today marks 2 weeks since I fully began my jumpstart journey and I couldn’t be prouder!!! Got 45mins of Cardio in last night & I felt GREAT. 2 weeks down & 2-4 weeks to go. Today is week 3!!! 😩 I screwed up big time a few days last week and went back UP 4.8LBS!!! If you’ve been following you’d know I WAS down 18lbs JUST LAST WEDNESDAY!!! I’m so mad at myself.
