Summary: A lot happened in your relationship and it was a matter of time before everything exploded and made you leave. Jimin on the other hand doesn't want to accept the break up.

3rd's POV

Bottles scattered around Jimin's room and the smell of alcohol reeking from it were a big sign for her friends that Jimin was in bad state and honestly they couldn't be surprised, a lot happened the past months in her life.

Jimin met you at her concert.

You came as a fan a few times and finally she managed to get your number. Since her intentions of getting with you were obvious both of you quickly got together. Everything was perfect, you both loved each other a lot and you got along with everyone important to her.

But like always she had to remember that it was too perfect, obviously everything had to break at some point.

You managed to get into a great university but not only outside of South Korea but also in another continent. When you broke news to Jimin she was excited and happy for you but she was also sad as you had to go away but she was still trying to be positive.

The time before you had to leave was great at first but it was quickly going south. Argument after argument after argument and it made her tired.

And after a few drinks she left the club with a girl she saw for the first time. When she woke up she was devastated, not believing she could actually do that to you.

But then came the second time.

And third.

And forth.

And fifth one - when you actually caught her.

Lips all over some random girl in her bed, clothes all over the room and the fucking liquor smell all over the room.

It was safe to say that it was over between you two when you left her shocked and still in that girl's arms.

And now all she had left was the insane ache in her heart that only alcohol helped lessen but she still felt so empty. She needed you back so badly but she knew she messed up big time.

"Are you gonna drink your sadness away?" Aeri's voice reached her ears but she didn't bother looking up. Soon though she felt a pair of arms helping her off of the floor and onto the bed, she opened her eyes a little and saw Minjeong. The girl was quiet, she still was mad at Jimin for what she did to you but she also couldn't stand by and watch her drink herself to death.

"You can't go on like this unnie, you need to sober up and at least try to apologize to her before she gets on that plane in a few days and you're gonna lose her forever" Yizhuo said as she took a bottle from Jimin's hands. Aeri helped Jimin lay down while the other girls cleaned her room a little.

"Sleep now and think about it tomorrow"

The next day her head was pounding and if it wasn't for the clean room, she would have thought she had dreamed of her friends coming over and forcing her to bed.

She reached out and turn on her phone to find multiple notifications of people saying their goodbyes to you on your account where she saw a picture of you packing - to move to your new university.

"You need to sober up and at least try to apologize to her before she gets on that plane in a few days and you're gonna lose her forever"

Why did Yizhuo always had to be right?

She told herself that she'll leave you alone, that she won't bother you after what she did but here she was, running to the airport like a desperate person she is. The second she saw your back in the distance she couldn't stop herself from pulling you to herself and breaking down into your back.

You stood still, her voice brought back the same pain you felt yesterday.

"Jimin let me go"

Nothing.

"Jimin I said let me go"

You repeated but this time louder hoping that she'll listen but she held onto you tightly.

Of course she had to make everything harder than it should be. She cheated and you were done, what couldn't she understand and accept?

"I can't. I know I fucked up badly and I don't deserve to ask for forgiveness or even another chance but still... I can't bring myself to let you go" Jimin mumbled weakly against your back. She was truthful, she knew there was no chance for you two now but she still also couldn't accept not being with you.

"I don't have time for this Jimin, I have a plane to catch and I'm going to attend University in another country. Like you said there's no chance for us now but if we're really meant to be with each other then maybe future sets us up again when we both heal and grow as people" You said before pushing her off and turning your head to look at her.

"Until then, goodbye Jimin" You said before leaving her standing there. She felt terrible but your words made her feel like there was hope that she could at least hold on to.

"Goodbye Y/N, I'm sorry for everything and I hope we can start over in the future"

3rd's POV

The room felt more cold than usual. It could be just another symptom of your cold but the weight pressing on your heart told you that it had something to do with your yet another argument with Zach.

You loved your boyfriend but he could be stubborn and sometimes his words hurt you more than he realizes. You shut your eyes trying to forget about the last argument when you heard keys jiggling and a sound of footsteps coming up - Zach was back home. He stopped in front of the door for a few seconds before knocking a few times despite it being also his bedroom.

"Baby are you in there?"

You stayed silent.

You heard a slow opening of door before he went inside. You had your back turned to him and you tried to pretend to be asleep. The space on the bed beside you dipped and soon you felt his touch on your forehead.

"I know your awake. Corbyn told me you seemed sick over the phone. You look awful"

You opened one eye to look up at him, his face was regretful and worried and it made your heart ache. You let out a bitter laugh.

"Thanks, just what every girl wants to hear Zach"

"That's not what I meant. I know that I fucked up but please let me take care of you tonight"

You were hesitant as the events of the previous night came to your mind but at the same time you couldn't deny the warmth you felt whenever he was near so you let him.

His hand caressed your cheek before he stood up and went to grab some medicine and water for you.

"Here love"

He made sure you took the medicine before laying down next to you, his arm draped around you as he pulled you close against him.

"I didn't think you'd care after-"

"I messed up, I hurt you with my words and I'm so mad at myself for making you feel like that. You're my world Y/N, I love you so fucking much, I'm sorry" Zach leaned his forehead against the top of your head, his arms tightening around you.

"You're lucky I love you"

You muttered it quietly but it was enough for Zach to hear and a weak smile appeared on his face before he kisses the top of your head.

Your relationship was far from perfect but Zach was worth it because despite everything - he was always there when it mattered.

3rd's POV

You felt cold.

The winter air felt more cold than usual as you sat in the empty house. Minnie wasn't home, she went out to a friend's party. In her words she had to go alone to not raise any questions among her friends about you - in their eyes you were friends and that's how Minnie wanted it.

Everytime you asked her about the reason of why she wanted to hide your relationship so badly, she always answered the same.

"I don't want anyone getting into our business"

You knew she wasn't honest. She had to have another reason for it but she just wasn't able to confine in you and it hurt even more.

The sound of keys jiggling resonated around the house as you were washing the dishes. You could hear footsteps followed by Minnie's joyful voice as she told you all about the party but you couldn't focus on it, not when you wished to be anywhere else other than with her - something you never thought you would want in your life.

"Baby?" Minnie asked when she noticed how silent you were as you dried your hands "Is everything okay?" She pulled you closer to herself, a worried expression looking back at your blank one.

"Maybe you'll tell me Minnie, is everything okay? With us?" This took your girlfriend by surprise and she let out a nervous chuckle.

"What do you mean? Of cour-"

"I think we need a break"

Minnie froze.

Her heart sped up as panic was clear on her face and in her voice as she blurted out all sorts of questions.

"Minnie can't you see? This whole secret thing, it hurts our relationship. You went to the party without me so people won't see us together and it's not the only example of how you've been treating me. You can't even confine in me about this and you want to tell me that we're fine? That we're not barely hanging in this relationship?" You finally broke down, tears you've been holding the past months finally let loose and Minnie watched it.

Her heart broke at the sight.

She never meant that.

"Love-" She tried holding your hands but you pushed her away "I never meant to make you feel like that, I just... I never wanted anyone to mess with our relationship, make you feel bad about dating me but I guess I went overboard huh?" She mumbled and it nearly made you hesitate but you knew that you deserved better and it Minnie couldn't try then there was nothing left in this house for you.

"Please love, please let me make it up to you" She whispered as she tried to hold back her tears. She didn't deserve to cry, not right now.

You thought about it. It was a hard decision to make as memories flooded your mind. The bad ones kept overshadowing the happy ones but still, you really wanted to focus on the good ones.

So with a kiss on her cheek, you took your bag and left the house leaving her with a lingering kiss on her cheek and words that will continue ringing in her head for days.

"Make sure that in the end we'll end up back in each other's arms or I will never forgive you"
