Trying out a different brush after being inspired by (and studying) a dear friend's art! I really like how this brush feels and I'm having so much fun! I also made some sort of rubberhose catgirl thing- VERY FUN! :D

"Hiya folks! Names Wendy Weasel. Now if you see any trouble, make sure you call for help. Though, you gotta yell nice and loud. He's kinda deaf."

MICKEY'S TRAILER (1938)
Mickey and Donald ride in a trailer pulled by Goofy, who doesn't realize his car has separated from the trailer as they travel down a mountain.

Aight so this is a little clip from the old Betty Boop short 'Betty Boop's Penthouse' and all the YouTube videos of it either have zero comments or comments disabled and I just need everyone to appreciate how this is the jazziest fucking monster ever so I can feel better about how these 30 or so seconds have stuck to my brain like super glue.
FYI the name of the track the short is animated to is 'Heat Waves' by Baron Lee and the Blue Rhythm Band

hello and good night or day
i've been doodling these past few days and working on a little animation with Hejdasz in it. more so just for practice since i haven't animated for a while. so while taking a break, i doodled him, mainly to loosen up. i can tend to tighten up when i get to hyper focused on animating characters
i draw him so differently now, imma have to update my own ref sheet just to stay consistent

For anyone having trouble reading it:
Talespin takes place during the same time as The Great Depression. In "Sky Pirates" the pirates sing the lyrics "It keeps us in the air and off the street!" That's why Don Karnage has such a large crew, they're all victims of The Great Depression.

My official review of most 90'S anime is there will be a woman who is so annoying you want to peel your own skin off whenever she is there. And then they put her in every opening and ending song
and make her look ethereal and beautiful and it's unfair that you never get the awesome version of her. They could have just done that instead of doing the annoyingly sexist shit.
