Coco Gauff, the 15-year-old who singles the fourth round of ladies on Wimbledon has received a wildcard for the US Open.
Gauff was one of the stars of the Wimbledon fourteen days after qualifying for the tournament before defeating idol Venus Williams in the first round
Eventually she lost until final champion Simona Halep on Court No 1, but her rapid turnout was enough for the USTA to give her a direct place in the women's singles in New York.

The other recipients are Ernesto Escobedo, Bjorn Fratangelo, Marcos Giron, Denis Kudla and Zachary Svajda from the United States as well as Frenchman Antoine Hoang.
The US Open, the last Grand Slam of the Year, starts on August 26.
