People ask all the time how I get 11 veggies a day, here's how ☺️ Sauté a little grass fed beef or chicken with 11 oz organic spinach, 1 lb green bean, 1 lb mushroom, &bamboo shoots. Boat snacks! I'm heading out today to join SeaCoast Missions on their monthly visits to Matinicus, Frenchboro, and Isle au Haut.
