Dear Students,
Below please find information regarding self-scheduled and fixed exam policies.  Schedules of fixed exams and self-scheduled exams and other important exam information can be found on the Registrar's website at http://www.wellesley.edu/registrar/exams.
Final Exam Policies for Self-Scheduled and Fixed Exams
No exams, fixed or self-scheduled, may be taken before the designated exam period. (Final exam week is May 14, 15, 16, 19, 20)
Self-Scheduled Exam Policy:
All self-scheduled exams will be located in the Science Center and will be offered three sessions a day with the exception of May 20th, no evening session). Students are required to show a valid photo ID such as a student ID; driver’s license; or passport.  If the picture is unidentifiable, please bring an alternate valid form of ID.
Fixed (scheduled) Exam Policy:
A student is not required to take three fixed exams scheduled in a 24‐hour period - the student may arrange with a professor to reschedule one examination to a different day and time slot.  Professors are required to honor these requests, as long as there is no element of the exam that requires it to be administered to the entire group at once (for example, slides need to be shown or there is an oral components).  Students should contact the professor directly to make arrangements.
