TW200整備日記

冬に部品を交換しようと部品を集めてました。で、そんな冬の間は？手芸に勤しんでいて、バイクは玄関ポーチで邪魔モノ扱いになってました。

オイル交換すらしてないのでエンジンも掛けられずで春が過ぎ梅雨の時期に入り、今年も熱い夏がすぐそこまできています。

そろそろバイクに乗りたいなぁ。でもオイル交換してないよなぁ。と重い腰を上げで部品交換にチャレンジです。

交換部品は、オイル&フィルター、クラッチ、ドライブスプロケット、チェーンです。

それに伴い、ガスケットが２枚

左新品15T、中TW225用15T、右TW200E用14Tです。外す際ボルトが折れた時を想定して中古パーツを仕入れてましたが、チェーンも新品に交換するので、新品で対応しました。

今回交換した部品、このほかにチェーンとオイルフィルター。

整備の経験があれば、修理書片手に作業できます。

手元にあるトルクレンチの単位が大きくトルク管理がかなり大雑把になってしまった。

工具は、ラチェットがあると便利。まあTバーレンチがあれば充分ですが。ソケットがしっかりサイズの合ったモノを使うこと。

ビス関係はシビアに考えて欲しい、ドライバーの先がビスのサイズに合ったモノを使うこと。➕ビスとドライバーが合ってないとビス頭を潰してしまうことになる。二輪車で旧車と言われる古い車種は、その多くが➕ビスが使われている。スズキやヤマハは特にドライバーを選ぶと肝に銘じている。車の整備でもスズキ車の整備前にはドライバーを新調したくなるほどに、ドライバーを選ぶ。

今回もTW200はエンジンのその殆どのビスが➕頭のビスが使われている。締め付けトルクが小さいので、ショックドライバーが必要なボルトは、３本程だけだった。他は難なく緩み、作業も楽に出来た。

右側のクラッチ側の画像は撮り忘れたので無いが、カバーもクラッチ関係もトルクが同じなので、取り外しは難なく出来る。

クラッチカバーのボルト外す際は、ギヤを1速に入れておくと、クラッチを固定する手間が省けるので、メガネレンチで外すことが可能です。クラッチスプリングをボルトで縮める形でボルトが閉まっているので、交互に緩めていけば良いだろう。

クラッチカバーを外すと、クラッチディスクとクラッチプレートが交互に入っている。オイルで引っ付いているので、塊で取り外せるだろう。

新しいクラッチディスクをオイルに浸けておき、そのまま拭かずにディスクを取り付けるプレートを取り付ける。とディスクとプレートを交互に取付カバーを取付、クラッチスプリングをつけてボルトで締め付ける。締め付ける際も対角線で交互に締め付け、最後にトルクで管理する。エンジン側とカバー側の古いガスケットを綺麗に剥がして、新しいガスケットを介してカバーを取り付ける。

注意点は、位置決めのカラーが2個ある、キックペダルのシャフトがある。(TW225はデコンプ用シャフトがある)

ジェネレータカバーを外し、ドライブスプロケット取付ボルト8mmを外しスプロケット交換、固定用プレートを位置を合わせてトルク管理したボルトで締め付け、カバー、エンジンのガスケットを剥がしてジェネレータカバーを取付る。リヤタイヤのシャフトを緩めてチェーン張り用カムをフリーとしてチェーンを取付る。

シャフトにはグリスを塗るとオイルシールを傷つけることが少ない。カラーが、エンジン側とカバー側にそれぞれ残るので、ガスケットを挟まない様に注意しながら取り付けたい。今回右はカラーをエンジンに付け直し、ガスケットもエンジン側におき、カバーが付けることが出来たが、左はそれぞれひとつずつのカラーを装着での作業になり、新調さの点で、クラッチ側よりもジェネレータ側の整備にコツが必要だと感じた。

通常のバイクならば、ドライブスプロケット交換でジェネレータカバー脱着は必要無いと思うが、TW系はその構造上ジェネレータカバーを外す必要がある。

ジェネレータカバー取付時の注意点は他のもあり、���ェネレータカバーの下をスターターケーブルが通っている。ジェネレータからの電源ケーブルをカバーに挟まない様に注意しながら取付る必要がある。

クラッチカバーもドライブスプロケットもその取付ボルトの脱着時は、ギヤを1速に入れて置くことが作業をスムーズに進める手立てだろう。

チェーンの張りを張りすぎない様に注意しながら調整して、リヤシャフトをトルクレンチで指定トルクで締め付ける。

補足: 今回ショックドライバーに入っていたビットのシャフトが、ソケット8mmにピッタリハマるサイズだったので、トルクレンチを使う際➕ビットソケットを新調せずとも、8mmディープソケットで➕ビットを使ったトルク管理ができた。

リヤシャフトを仮締めして乗車姿勢でのチェーンの張り具合を確認して張り過ぎない様に注意してから本締めをして欲しい。

前回リヤホイール交換時にドリブンスプロケットを少し小さくしている、そして今回ドライブスプロケットを15Tに交換した。

ノーマルが、ドライブスプロケット14Tドリブンスプロケット45Tで、50キロでの走行が一番楽なスピードでした。今回の変更でどうなるでしょうか？

エンジンオイルが手持ち10w-30しかないので、のんびり試運転で走って、10w-40に換えるか？豆なオイル交換で対応したいと思います。オイルのヘタりが身をもって感じることができれば、その度に交換したいと思いますが、二輪車でオイルのヘタりが感じることができるか⁉︎は今はわかりまsわかりません。自動車は顕著に感じますけどね。

ارابيان درايف - السائق العربي - يعتمد المحرك على العديد من القطع الميكانيكية والكهربائية بالإضافة إلى بعض الزيوت والسوائل لعمل السيارة بكفاءة عالية، ويعد زيت المحرك من أهم العوامل التي تساعد المحرك على العمل بكفاءة ويحافظ عليه من التلف، حيث يقوم الزيت بالعديد من الوظائف الهامة داخل المحرك، ومنها تزليج القطع المعدنية بداخلها لمنعها من الاحتكاك والكسر، كما يقوم بتنقية المحرك من الشوائب والاتساخات، بالإضافة إلى الحفاظ على حرارة المحرك في الحدود المسموح بها.

وتنقسم زيوت المحرك إلى عدة أنواع، وخلال السطور التالية سنوضح لكم أنواع الزيوت المختلفة والفرق بينها بالإضافة إلى الرموز الخاصة بها، وسنتعرف أيضًا على رموز الزيوت التخليقية.



- الأنواع الثلاثة لزيوت المحرك الرئيسية

هناك 3 أنواع رئيسية يندرج تحتها أغلب أنواع الزيوت، فهناك الزيوت الطبيعية أو المعدنية، ومصدرها النفط الخام، إلى جانب الزيوت التخليقية الصناعية، التي تحتوي على نسبة من الزيت الطبيعي بشكل أساسي، ويتم تعديلها كيميائياً وإضافة بعض المواد لتحسين خصائصها، وأخيرًا النوع الثالث هو خليط بينهما بنسبة 70% من الزيوت الطبيعية، و30% للزيون الصناعية، وهذا النوع الأخير يسمى بالزيوت الشبه تخليقية، ويقول الخبراء إن الزيت التخليقي، هو نوع من الزيوت تم تصنيعها معملياً عن طريق تركيبها كيميائياً مع الخلط بالإضافات التي تضمن للمحرك أفضل حماية وأداء.

- الفرق بين أنواع الزيوت الثلاثة

- زيوت معدنية: يتم الحصول عليها عن طريق تكرير البترول، وتُستخدم عمومًا في المحركات "التقليدية"، أو الموديلات القديمة، أو المحركات التي لا تحتوي على شواحن توربينية، إنها أكثر سمكًا من الزيوت الاصطناعية ( الزيوت التخليقية) أو شبه الاصطناعية، ويوصى بها للقيادة في المناخات المعتدلة (فهي غير متوافقة مع درجات الحرارة القصوى)، ويعد استقرار الأكسدة الخاص بها أقل من الأنواع الأخرى من زيوت المحركات، لذلك يجب تغييرها بشكل متكرر أكثر من الزيوت الاصطناعية، وتتميز بتكلفتها المنخفضة، وتختلف الرموز الخاصة بها عن رموز الزيوت التخليقية.

TCL announced three new budget smartphones and a tablet at CES 2023. The best-equipped phone in the new series is the TCL 40 SE. It is equipped with a 6.75-inch LCD screen with HD+ resolution and 90Hz refresh rate, and a front-facing 8MP selfie camera. The phone is also equipped with stereo speakers.

The TCL 40 SE phone is powered by a MediaTek Helio G37 chip, with 4GB/6GB of RAM and 128GB/256GB of storage, which can be further expanded via a microSD slot. The rear has a 50MP main camera along with a 2MP macro camera and depth sensor. The phone is pre-installed with the Android 13-based TCL UI 5.0 system, has a battery capacity of 5010 mAh, and has a charging speed of 18W. Available in gray and purple, the TCL 40 SE will be available in Europe later in the first quarter for around $169.

The TCL 408 is a slightly cheaper alternative to the 40 SE at $129. It features a 6.6-inch LCD screen with HD+ resolution and 60Hz refresh rate. Rear 50MP main camera and 2MP depth camera. Front-facing 8MP selfie camera. The TCL 408 is powered by a MediaTek Helio P22 chip and has 4GB/6GB of RAM and 128GB/256GB of storage. The phone is pre-installed with Android 12, has a battery capacity of 5000 mAh, and supports 10W charging speed.

The TCL 408 is available in gray and blue for $129 and will be available in Europe and Asia soon. The TCL 403 is also a low-budget device with a 6-inch TFT IPS screen with a resolution of 480 x 960 pixels and an aspect ratio of 18:9. The phone has a 5MP selfie camera on the front and an 8MP main camera on the rear. It's powered by a MediaTek Helio A22 chip, 2GB of RAM, and 32GB of expandable storage. The phone comes pre-installed with Android 12 (Go edition) and packs a 3000 mAh battery that charges via microUSB. The TCL 403 is available in black and fog purple. Pricing and availability details were not provided. Separately, TCL also announced the TCL NxtPaper 12 Pro tablet, which has a 12.2-inch screen with a resolution of 2160 x 1440 pixels and a 3:2 aspect ratio. It uses MediaTek Kompanio 800T chip and 8GB+256GB storage, which can be expanded through microSD slot. Front 8MP camera, rear 13MP camera and LED flash.

The TCL tablet supports the E-Pen stylus with 8192 pressure levels. The software is equipped with the Android 12 system, the battery capacity is 8000 mAh, and it is charged via USB-C. TCL also offers an optional keyboard accessory that magnetically attaches to the tablet via pogo pins. The TCL NxtPaper 12 Pro Wi-Fi version is priced at $499 (about 3,433 yuan) in the United States, while the 5G model will be available later this year for $549 (about 3,777 yuan).
