This brings our Pilates has Heart event into this Monday Instagram post. Our client Terri, who we honor every year with this event, said that Pilates saved her life. She had a heart transplant and came to WAP when the doctors gave her the ok. She got to move, breathe deep and focus on her body and accomplish things she didn’t think possible.
