ok so storytime, when i was a preteen back in the Paleozoic Era, i worked at the food booth at a 4H fair in rural upstate New York and we were right across the midway from the "Freak Animal" tent, which played the same two promotional tapes one after the other all day long. one of the advertised freaks was "the Fish Girl! is she fish or is she girl???" and to this day my sisters and i say "is she fish or is she girl???" to each other

The Mirror Galaxy, M100 // Rolf Olsen

Clearly the Mirror Galaxy is in an area of the sky rich with other galaxies. M100 is a member of the Virgo Cluster, and is about 55 million light years away.

This galaxy was discovered by Méchain in 1781, and played a role in the first observations of the Hubble Space Telescope. Within weeks of launch of the HST in 1990, operators noticed a flaw in the optical system causing the images to be blurrier than expected. This was caused by the fact that the optical mirror had been polished to the wrong shape: the outer perimeter of the mirror was too flat by about 2,200 nanometers (1/11,000 of an inch)!

To fix the issue, NASA sent up a servicing mission in December 1993 and installed what are effectively corrective glasses. In January 1994, NASA declared the mission a complete success and showed the first sharper images. Below, you can see what a difference corrective optics makes!

I think the reason trans girl mob goes off so hard is because… the show is inherently about a kid who’s an outcast learning to be his best most happy self. Like people always say be yourself yeah but that usually doesn’t actually mean anything.

Mob psychos thesis statement is you are NOT special, and that is beautiful because it means you can be anything. Just because you’re a good artist and a shit singer doesn’t mean you should do art instead of singing, you should do what makes you happy and strive to be as good at it as you can, because mediocre is an achievement when you aren’t special, it’s about self improvement, not being the best.

And then you get a kid, who’s constantly terrified of his own emotions and how they effect others and is seen as naive, who doesn’t fit the stereotypical masculine world well (weak as hell, cares a lot about emotions, pacifist) and doesn’t fit the stereotypical feminine world well either (reserved usually, in the body improvement club, horrible fashion, not able to read a room) and you say part of being the best, happiest possible version of yourself is realizing your gender, and it’s not a sad thing, and it’s not about anyone else, it’s about being the best you possible.

I don’t think mob in show is trans or would be any better or worse at being a girl than he is at being a boy, because it isn’t about that. It’s about the idea that when people do the things that are important to them without regard for what other people might think and only focus on being who they want to be (not who they think they should be, not on who they are, who they WANT to be, who would be both a good person and make them happy) that that is the best, happiest, most successful version of them. And I think that’s beautiful.

you know him; he can’t handle that kind of shit—he can’t handle (or even bear the thought of) not being the one and only man (and thing) occupying your mind, and his extremely low tolerance + threshold for such behaviour is easily and quickly crossed. in all honesty, you could probably find yourself beneath him in five minutes flat depending on how vigorous you are with your lusting;; or you could try to build it up slightly slower, increasing the tension bit by bit until your dear older brother is about to fucking explode, ready to claw his way out of his skin and into yours, desperate to possess every part of your mind, body, soul.

even so, this is quite a fun mode of foreplay, to get him so riled up and pissed off so quickly, and you know he’s going to fuck the absolute life out of you, all rough snapping hips and vicious snarls spit across your cheeks, just to breathe it back into his body, feel your vitality rush down his throat and into his lungs, held close to his heart in a cage of bone where he intends to keep it, forever.
