I learned how to use javascript and ran ffmpeg from console for this because the decompiler doesn't do this automatically#3. apologies for the lack of uncropped gif for reference; the compression on tumblr plus the tiny size I'd need it to be just makes it ugly#this has actually converted me to wanting to use webm and webp because gif compression sucks so bad#the original webm was only 1mb but the gif turned into FORTY FIVE
