1. John/June Egbert Amazing protagonist. Refreshing and relatively uncomplicated compared to the rest of the cast (KIND OF LIKE THE BREEZE HURR DURR). In a story like Homestuck, it's well appreciated. Still has enough angst material to satisfy my needs, especially when I'm the one writing. Great visual motifs. Funny dialogue. Haters, say hi to my fists.

The June interpretation can be done well, however I have yet to see anyone who actually cares about her that much beyond shipfuel and silly girl bullshit to actually write out a believable narrative involving her. (more accurately: to my standards grumble grumble) (that should be my next wip actually)

2. Calliope Enjoyable character. During my read, I found her fun and sweet. I use emoticons like ^_^ and ^u^ a lot so I was biased to begin with. Her friendship (or pre-femslash if you swing that way) with Roxy was great to read through, I like how they interact. But aside from character interactions, idk she's kind of a nothing character. There's nothing wrong with her, and that's like... alright, keep living girl. Yeah there's the stuff of being overpowered by Caliborn and the Muse of Space BS but like. Shhhh late Act 6 never happened okay.

3. Peregrine Mendicant I liked her escapades. I remember nothing about the carapacians though. I'll appreciate you more on a reread, PM...

4. Vriska Serket She's fine. Pitch AraVris 5ever

An alternate Universe of Homestuck where a glitch causes Skaia to send the meteors holding the paradox clones a whole generation ahead, skipping the original heroes of the game. We have 4 new humans and 12 new trolls, a whole new game, and so much fucking around.

Dove Strider- Son/Younger Bro of Dave Strider. Hero of Rage. An apathetic found object artist that knows his way around a sword.

Joan Harley- Daughter of Jade Harley. Hero of Space. A rough and tumble gal who is a skilled markswoman and storyteller.

Rudy Lalond- Son of Rose Lalond. Hero of Heart. Dungeon master and master of riddles whose answers are definitely not his true feelings.

Jace Egbert- Son of John Egbert. Hero of Time. Ghost hunter and paranormal expert, hater of pranks.

Coder and Creator of things destined to fail, more interested in seeing how much he can fuck something up until its nothing.

Purmew Leijon- Descendant of Nepeta. Hero of Heart. Author of cat based fiction who would rather stay inside and write than go out and hunt.

Virdis Maryam- Descendant of Kanaya. Hero of Space. A lady who is interested in replicating the costumes in fiction as a way to distract herself from reality. (Trolls 7-12)
