I had a really hard time waking up today. Doesn’t help that it’s really cold. I think I might be juuuust a bit hungover, so not the best way to start the week. I’ve got to go and make coffee but I know it’ll be freezing in the kitchen…

We are binging on the jackfruit my dudes. It’s so good and so sweet, I can’t get enough of it. I’ve been accidentally biting this one place on my lip whenever I eat it though, it’s starting to become a bit painful. Going to go get more coffee too, then getting done with work. I redid my whiteboard with some washi tape and it looks so pretty~ Also, I’m still listening to Eskew. It’s depressing af, but it had a compelling story.

I love that it’s seven pm and it’s still sunny outside. I love it. I love it!!!

It is so very hard to be the eldest and the ugliest sibling at the same time.

At her had this plan to go to France in April instead of June for cheaper tickets but changed back his mind today. Now I know where I get it from. Also. I have an 8:30 am meeting tomorrow and I’m terrified I’ll miss it so I don’t want to sleep. Also terrified I won’t have anything good to show for tomorrows show and tell… Also worried about my whole me thing and the future while also wondering if I can get to six figures before turning 30 which is sad because holy fuck I’m almost thirty. I need to take my medicine and go to sleep but I also haven’t responded to my RP. My fucking god. Might be a bit of a mess today. Okay. Going to sleep.

Yes! A request can be more than a romantic pairing! I’ve done one or two that’s not a romantic pairing before. I just don’t get a lot of requests for them!

within the catwalk industry only little change has happened. the ‘plus sized’ models are on the low part of the spectrum. this website shows an inside view to this models experience which could of been quiet damaging for them. they state that they never had clothes in their size and would have to cut them in order for them fit. having a model that isn’t the same size as the rest and having their size information and still not being able to make garments within their size is hurtful and unrecognisable to the fact that no everyone is ridiculous thin naturally or willing to commit to severely strict ‘diet’.

this article published by heart are calling mid/normal-sized women plus size due to an over exposure to extremely thin figures. below the title it says ‘FINALLY Fashion is celebrating beautiful women of all shapes and sizes’ which is more accurate to how these models look. to then have to call them plus sized is very far fetched.

this website shows a range of different aged models and affirms that it’s the most diverse season. when looking though the collection and paying attention to the models it’s still not as diverse as it could be. the elderly models still have flawless skin and a minimal amount of wrinkles and ageing features. catwalks still aren’t grasping what true age looks like.

linking back into size the ‘plus sized’ models still aren’t true plus sized. catwalks are only scraping the surface and doing the bare minimum for diversity.

41.3 percent of models were people of colour during the 2021 spring/summer catwalks. since only 1/4 of the 4 major race groups are white the number people of colour should be increasingly higher. last years was 40.6 percent only making a 0.7 increase with having a full year to find models of different race and colour.

not only including easy accessible made clothes for people disability people with recovering injuries and elderly people will be able to wear clothes with more ease as well. 15% (one billion) of the worlds population have a disability and not manufacturing clothes for people with disabilities is missed opportunity for brands to profit off. smaller brands have started to make disabilities friendly clothes and other brands have followed due to its popularity of wanting models to look like them to relate to how the garment will fit them and not just on an abled thin person.
