Abt the "Germany and Prussia" thing, the Kingdom of Prussia was one of the biggest players in creating the German Empire in 1871, making them technically related because it is canon that him (and other German states as Hetalia characters) created Germany (the character but also the country). Idk how, it's never explained in detail but it happened I guess.

Most ppl in the fandom say it would make more sense if Prussia was his dad but Himaruya probably didn't want to make any character physically over 30.
