#fun fact: the reason AP tests/classes are a thing is because the Russians beat the US in the space race....#...and Eisenhower wanted more smart kids working at NASA so the govt started a program to introduce college level math/science classes#*classes to high schoolers#the reason we have the AP system is because of the Russians#also fun fact#desi parents want you to max out your stats by applying to as many fucking colleges as possible and since the common app caps how many...#...colleges you can apply to guess what i had to do?? create a coalition app account which is the shittiest interface known to man#also fun fact is i fucking hate applying to college i only have to apply to two more#one of which is my dream school so I'm taking my sweet time on that application#i genuinely don't know where to go if i don't get into my dream school i've gotten acceptances from other schools I've applied too...#...but none of them feel right y'know?#oh well at least i have until may 1st to pick one#appblr#college applications
