#do other alters ever feel like they're fighting themself#not just like. “I have conflicting thoughts”#like. physically stopping yourself from doing things or saying things#feeling like something really bad is going to happen to you if you say anything about it#that something in you is going to hurt you#being so fucking cruel to yourself and saying things to yourself that /you/ just /aren't saying/#it's so hard to explain#yeah I'm still stuck on what happened like a week ago#I've never felt anything like that and I've never been that frightened before#it's like there was two of me but the other one wasn't separate from me#...anywho.
