ZEP S2 spoilery comment

I have just three things to say:

1. Fans should always remember that all TV spoilers & promotion are episode specific. Meaning: whatever they say in spoilers/interviews focuses ONLY on that one specific episode (examples: 2x02 promotion) they are promoting at the moment. It does not take into account anything that (they already have written & filmed, so know is coming) happens after. And as we all know... TV storylines change fast... here, there, back here... So whatever happens this week means nothing next week, when it can turn around fast

2. The start of S2 should make you think: WHY did they choose to write it exactly this way? Why did it happen all this way & now? What is the end goal?

All I can say is that even if I have not seen any eps beyond the 3rd, and do not have any confirmation to my theory, then I can say that after this weeks episode I have all the confirmation that my speculation for S2 is spot on. Everything is happening exactly as I predicted... if we strip the story down to it’s main elements. And I'm not saying I like that they choose to write it this way, but I can say..

I KNEW IT!

I'm going to guess/say that some fans will love it & some won't as much. But this season will be as "twisty" as last one was. But in order to not spoil any of it, I will make no comments. (No hints from me)

3. If you look at the S2 pattern so far, and think of the theme of the season (good/better days & bad/worse days during grief), then you may notice that the pattern is bad/good/bad/good... (for eps 1-4) if we focus on Zoey's "mood of the week". And we & the shows creators have known for a while that ep 6 (airing Feb 9th... most likely) will be the mid-seadon finale. You can do your own math, if you wish...

And since they are obviously using the same blueprint for S2 that they used for S1 (look how everything lines up...), then that tells us about what's coming, too. The patterns of the seasons are similar... Even the details in the episodes are similar (down to Zoey being haunted by the same song/nightmare thoughout the third ep; to ep 1 ending with Z/M twist/reveal & ep 2 being Z/M relationship centric, to breaking glass objects -- though in s1 it was ep 2 & in s2 ep 3)

BUT EP 3 FINALLY BROUGHT SOME MORE REAL HONESTY FROM HER #ALSO...ANYONE SAYING THAT MAX WAS ACTING IN A WHINEY WAY IN THIS EPISODE DID NOT GET THE MESSAGE OR THE POINT OF THE EPSIODE...AT ALL #MAX AND SIMON ARE BOTH TRYING TO TELL ZOEY THAT SHE NEEDS TO FOCUS ON HERSELF... AND THAT SHE NEEDS TO OPEN UP AND SHARE HER BURDEN #AND THAT SHE NEEDS TO JUST LIVE THROUGH HER GRIEF. CAUSE SIMPLY WISHING IT AWAY DOES NOT WORK #AND MAX IS RIGHT...IF SHE CANNOT OPEN UP TO THE PEOPLE IN HER LIFE...SHE WON'T GET BETTER. AND SHE CLAIMS SHE WANTS TO.#IF SHE DOESN'T...THEN SHE'LL JUST MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE SIMON DID... AND IF CLARKEMAN WOULD'VE STAYED TOGETHER AND SHE KEPT NOT OPENING UP.#THEY WOULD HAVE JUST ENDED THE SAME WAY SIMON/JESSICA DID.#WHAT ZOEY NEEDS TO REALIZE IS THAT MAZ IS NOT JESSICA. SHE DID NOT TRY TO UNDERSTAND HIM. MAX ON THE OTHER HAND IS TRYING TO #AND WE'VE SEEN HINTS (EP 1x08 GO FACE YOUR DAD) THAT HE WOULD UNDERSTAND AND HELP HER GET THROUGH IT..IF SHE'D LET HIM
