Went home to stay with my parents for 2,5 weeks during Christmas and New Year's and instead of the expected weight gain I actually lost a couple of kilos! I'm down to 85 kg now. Turns out this peasant body needs a boiled potato or two a day to thrive?

#my old jeans actually fit now holy shit?!#I literally never cook traditional food for myself #this last year in particular I've practically lived on take-out and thus hit a hard wall at 86kg #... switching to boiled potato-based dinners most days is probably too much of a stretch at this time though #but now I'm aware of the possibility #(for the record I should lose about 26 kilos more based on my height but the actual goal is down to 70 for now)#food #panzertorte health #panzertorte personal #diet cw #weight loss journey
