i maintain that some shows need to be taken seriously and some shows are just for funsies
#ted lasso has become for funsies#as it should be#i legitimately hated watching the first 1 & 2 seasons#... oh well i guess this is a reductive take but im tired of the discourse around shows not meant to be taken seriously#and i dont mean comedies wholesale#like the bear & beef are funny but are serious... even the other two i think merits serious discussion#but ive always taken ted lasso s1 & s2 to take itself more seriously than what it is#im glad it simmered down#im sure this take is influenced by the alcohol but i like ted lasso now bec it's bad
