ok so, blaiseverse has quite a few characters - and they’re basically in groups. i haven’t really named the groups yet though… 0-0

but yeah here is the ★ first group ★

~ shadøw… aka mars + mylo. two individual sides of shadøw that reflect his emotions - mars is the positive and mylo is the negative. basically if both of these characters fused together they make shadøw. in blaiseverse they remain unfused to satisfy eachothers needs

~ raīnbøw… the sane parent. in the storyline of blaiseverse, raīnbøw acts as the main guardian to shadøw as he grew up. raīnbøw’s name comes from her rainbow hair (yes she literally has rainbow hair ok) and she’s also part robot after an unfortunate explosion caused by another characters… because we all give random character trauma out of nowhere right?

~ neon… the insane parent. neon acts as the secondary guardian of shadøw. neon has gained her ‘nickname’ (its not their real name) as its the name of their species - neon is literally a glowing creature. its confusing but neons species is also called neon, so thats annoying and i may come up with a name change for that. oh, and neons species also has a very strong immune/digestive system (biology go bye rn) meaning she can eat/drink basically anything… her favourite food is battery acid.

~ sephtis… the grim reaper. he now takes on as shadøw’s father figure (unrelated but why the heck am i talking in third person for myself?? 😭). after existing for many millennia, he’s become desensitised and emotionless to the violence in the world. others may fear him, portray him as evil… but sephtis is generally a caring individual - except he no longer allows himself to care, as everyone disappears in the end (he’s immortal and they arent basically). sephtis also sees humanity as evil, more destructive than death itself. oh and btw, sephtis hates being called death.

~ midnight… the protector of the skies. midnight works alongside her opposite (the protector of the stars) to defend the galaxy from imbalance and cruelty. midnights powers revolve around the darkness of space, so like black holes and dying stars. she can rip stars apart, conduct a strong uncontrollable force of gravitational pull and basically just anything to do with destruction and endings. yeah thinking about it… sephtis may be the grim reaper… but midnight literally is death…? 💀

~ sunlight… the protector of the stars. sunlight works alongside his opposite (no you aren’t getting another name i LITERALLY STATED who it was in the last paragraph) to protect the galaxy. sunlights powers revolve around the light of space, like nebulas and planet formation… and he has more control over his gravitational pulls which he can cause. sunlight could build stars and planets if he wanted to… essentially making him like the birth of the universe.

★ now i WILL make more unique posts about these guys… but thats the basic introductions.

now why are they in group 1? well, i (shadøw) am the creator of blaiseverse - and these guys are like the admin team, they’re the strongest + most powerful characters in blaiseverse

I'd like to know more about Aridem pre-Void, especially his interactions and relationships with the other guardians (outside of Rosalia, since we know much more there). Since extinction is one of those topics that can be so much more easily labeled a "negative" aspect of nature and existence, did he ever perhaps feel out of place or even a little ostracized at times among the others?

To be honest, he hadn’t been treated any less or more, and hadn’t necessarily felt as though he had been out of place. His mentors had been Sephtis and Amilla, both of whom has their own ‘negative’ aspects of nature that is as close to his own; Death and Atrophy, to his Extinction. 

Aridem had certainly butted heads with Sephtis (who is NOT the mega bitch she was after the Void incident), who was trying to teach him to not feel pity or the likes when he has to perform his duties - while once again, thriving worlds were never the target, sometimes a stagnated/dead world... could still have some life. It took the man a long while to adjust to that idea, that sometimes even dead worlds may still have something. That he’d have to destroy them in order to make room for new life. That’s perhaps when he feels a little isolated from the others - even Sephtis doesn’t often take lives, despite the title.

≾⚖≿一”So. Sceada, was it?” The tall black-haired figure was scowling at the burmecian, her shades barely concealing her empty eye sockets. “You wouldn’t happen to know where Rosalia is at right now?”

Ʒ🕁Ƹ一”-and you have no right to criticize me.” An argument sounded as though it broke out. “I come when summoned, and I am learning techniques to hopefully eliminate the Harbingers. Which is far more what I am doing than you!” That evidently struck a nerve, a thump being heard shortly after, the taller woman having slammed Rosalia up against a tree and a hand wrapped around her throat. Despite being lifted off the ground in this manner, Rosalia glared up at the other, only one hand wrapped around the other’s wrist.

≾⚖≿一”Watch your tongue.” Dea’s voice was normally cool and aloof, but now it was positively chilling as she returned the glare. “Don’t speak as though you know what I’m doing.”

Ʒ🕁Ƹ一”I know what it is you are not. Whatever it is for your hate towards me, you go out of your way to either avoid me or antagonize until you get a response. And I am sick of it.” The hand only tightened its grip on her throat at the answer. “Why must it always be this way with you?”

≾⚖≿一Dea’s empty sockets seemed to grow darker even as her pupils flashed red. ”You’re the only hope we have of luring that bastard Aridem out of hiding, and you’re too busy fucking around with other universes instead.” Another inch Rosalia was lifted, staring into her face. “So do your job properly, and I’d have no more reason to deal with you ever again. I despise you as much as you hate me. Ever since after...” 

≾⚖≿一The red faded as had the hostility. It was as though she had hit a wall with her thoughts, one that she couldn’t share with this woman. With a step back as she released her hold, Dea just turned away from the other. “Just... do your damned job.” Composed yet again, the Death Guardian shadowstepped back to their realm, leaving Rosalia feeling as though there were a clue that was just snatched out of her reach.

≾⚖≿一”You’re supposed to be an angel in this universe?” There were an army of angels in her realm, all under command of Salri. So seeing an entirely different type of angel was still confusing, even if she had been around even longer than Rosalia. To be fair though, there was no reason to leave her realm.

//Dea/Death looks rather feminine in the face and has soft hands, going by the pronouns as she/her, but she is rather androgynous. Flat-chested, tall, and born as a male, the Guardian of Death prefers to be considered a female if because she likes it that way. It plays to her benefit, especially as she is the Reaper itself. Who’s going to argue with her on her preference? Certainly not the other Guardians, and especially not from Salri, who treasures each and every one of them as they are.

//Probably helps that she can shift her form to anything she wants, to which case would be why a hooded skeleton with a scythe had been often the icon for the Reaper.
